Hi all – Any idea why the Llorix One Companion (which adds a few Front Page Areas such as Services, etc) is no longer able to be edited – clicking the Add New Service Box does nothing – I could add and edit yesterday morning, by the afternoon it stopped working – any suggestions welcome.

So the them is not usable anymore.

If for some reason Llorix One Companion stopped working for you latelly (you can’t add new testimonials or edit the current ones), you have a plugin conflict with the lastest version of Page Links To.
Quick temporary solution: If you have to edit testimonials, just disable the Page Links To plugin, edit, and re-enable it.

after update of WordPress to 4.9.6 the customizer is not working and the Llorix one companion sections Team and testimonials don’t show.
When I disable the companion plug-in the customizer works.
I found a solution for the above for Clara’s theme files, however not for the Llorix one Lite theme.
Could you please be so kind to point me in the right direction?

]]>After doing the setup of a child theme of Llorix One Lite, the Llorix One Companion won’t stay activated. Perhaps it is detecting that the parent theme is no longer the primary?
]]>I was experience very slow loading for my website (using LLorix One Lite and the Llorix One Companion Plugin). When I went to customise the theme, it would take quite a while for Front Page section to appear. I noticed if I went into Advanced options and checked Disable preloader? my website would load instantly but appeared to still be loading something.
I updated all my media/image links and now everything loads near instantly.
Hope this helps anyone with a similar issue.

]]>Im running wordpress 4.7.4 using “clarina” theme which comes with inbuilt recommendation for “Llorix one companion” plugin for team, services, testimonials section. On installing and activating latest version…. The above mentioned sections dont appear. when i install the older version it does but on upgrading or installing new version, it fails to display. Please help as soon as possible

After plugin update all home page sections will no longer show, just the header and the footer. Theme is Clarina.
Please let me know if this is a known issue and if it is fixable quickly because I need the site back up by the end of the day and might have to go with another theme.

]]>In the testimonials section I simply removed the default link to the image (I did it directly into section customize theme). After this the site has slowed down I could not navigate in the section customize theme. I uninstalled the plugin and installed again. But the site still goes slowly. If I deactivate the plugin Llorix One Companion the site works well. Thank you for your help
]]>I was really loving Llorix One Lite theme with Companion plugin. It worked great for about a month and this morning the entire site stopped loading. After deactivating all the plugins and reactivating one by one, the Companion plugin was found to be the culprit.
I’m looking for other themes that offer the Front Page Sections that the Companion plugin offered. But I really would love to stay with Llorix One Lite. Any chance of it being updated and fixed soon?
]]>I just installed Llorix One Lite. No problems whatsoever. I love it. But Llorix One Companion causes my website to go in an endless loading loop. Just a blank page with a red circle. The only way to stop this is to disable the plugin.
I see I’m not the only one with this issue. At least let us know that you have read our issues and are fixing this or not doing anything at all. Your silence is offensive.

]]>I am trying to add a services section but it is not showing up. I noticed that the Llorix One Companion plugin was not activated so I tried to activate. It says it gets activated but when I go back to my installed plugins view it shows as deactivated.

Please i am currently using Lloris One lite Theme, but facing some issue when Lloris One companion is installed. website doesn’t work at all. this works in localhost but does not work when hosted (Godaddy)

]]>When trying out Admin demo of this Lite version, you’re able to disable homepage elements. For instance there is a “Disable the Logos bar sections?” check box in your Admin demo.
It appears that this option is not available once installed. Am I missing something, or do you require the premium version to disable any sections?
