We’ve purchased the pro version of this plugin. It works well with Tutor LMS course. But we also want it with lessons. Can you pls help us?

I followed the firebase guidelines multiple times.

It says connected at LMS Chat plugin but the page is always reloading.

If I force to stop de reload, clicking at the “cross”, I can open the chat and write messages. But If I dont stop de loading page, it will be reloading over and over

I installed the chat plug-in. The instructions for the fire base database were followed exactly. I rechecked this several times. When I turn on chat in my course, and then click view course., It keeps refreshing the page quickly over and over again. When I turn chat off for that course, it works perfectly. What would cause this?

After enabling option of allow LMS conversation from course, course page continously refreshing.

First of all, Thanks for this awesome plugin.
I installed it, and it works well. However, all students enrolled to my course can chat with each other. I want to only allow teacher-student chatting not everyone to everyone, but I don’t know how to do that. so, does private messaging (teacher-student chatting) available?

Thank for this amazing tool!
SO I am currently doing some testing and when registered as a user for my website.
Here are issues that I am facing:
– the upload button isn’t working to actually upload a file. it does open the file search box but when you click on open nothing happens.
– the delete message for each user to delete their message isn’t working.

I have a free course called (intro to french) where you can registered for test purpose to see what I mean for those issues.

And the third thing is that when people are in a group chat we don’t know who is who
NO name appears next or above the message send by user. Rirght now you can only see a avatar image but not the name of who wrote the message.

I would like to know if there is a way to define the role that is shown below the user’s name in the chat window. As far as I know, the only role that I have seen with the teacher role is my wordpress admin user. Is there a way to get other wordpress roles to be shown as teachers and not students?

Hello, thanks for this awesome plugin. I have a few questions.Using loco I can’t translate some strings into Italian and I had to bypass using the css. I would like to know if there will be an email notification when a student contacts the teacher. In addition, would it be possible to have a message notification as soon as the teacher connects? Also because in this way I don’t see any notification and I have to go to directly open the chat. In any case, the plugin is an excellent solution to be able to talk to your teacher. Can the admin integrate the api once for all courses ?
or every teacher will need to do the integration ?
