yes its looking like a very good local market plugin and very happy if it will give me some advantages for my new website that was hosted on WordPress.
hi,
any plans updating this plugin? Looks promising…
This plugin looks pretty amazing and I could really make use of it. The only thing that appears to work at the moment is StreetViews. I’m going to keep it installed in hopes that the fixes for this come through over the next few weeks.

Thanks
Hey guys,
Started testing plugins our clients use for PHP7, I came across this error for local-market-explorer:
Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; LmeAreasWidget has a deprecated constructor in wp-content/plugins/local-market-explorer/widgets/areas.php on line 2
Getting this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function current_user_can() in /…/wp-content/plugins/local-market-explorer/tinymce/lmemodule/dialog.php on line 6
when I click the map icon on a page to try and add it.
Any suggestions?

I have had to deactivate the plugin so my website can load
What happened to local market explorer? The plugin is missing from the WP plugin directory. I was just able to find and access the support thread.

Just wanted to know if this can handle individual lookups of address values through zestimate.
Working on have a form where people can look up their home value without having to leave the site and go to Zillow and without having to use the Zestimate widget.

Replace with-

The modules appear to be working as embedded tags are working, it’s just virtual urls.
And what disturbs me most is that the majority of posts here go unanswered!

Local Market Explorer: This is an AMAZING plugin with lots of options; thank you for taking the time to do this. If I can figure out the reason why the shortcodes are not working, I know I can use this for several projects.
I have tried with the twenty-ten and other themes on fresh installs, with a custom permalink setting of “/%postname%/”, but the shortcodes are not working. I have tried several different cities, zips, etc., as well as different wordpress themes with and without plugins activated. Any thoughts?
The plugin works perfectly when I access: “../local/90045”
Thanks in advance,

I just installed Local Market Explorer plugin and when I add the shortcodes they display however it appears that the background for the widgets is “transparent”. My theme’s background color is black and so the widgets don’t display as good (it appears that they are optimized for a white background). Is there a way to define the background to be white instead of transparent for the widgets so it looks better on my page?

1.) When trying to add Area Descriptions, the neighborhoods are not populated after entering a city name or zip code. Says, “loading”, then “None.”
Screenshot: https://img.skitch.com/20110823-xh8x1qy5bx7nhpn2j49e4yct37.jpg
Therefore, I’m unable to enter any descriptions for any neighborhoods.
2.) Some Neighborhood virtual pages load fine. Others are completely messed up, starting with a strange “X” on top, then the site header is missing as well as all of the CSS styling. Example: https://www.intownelite.com/local/adair-park/atlanta/ga/

I have had LME and dsIDXpress running for a couple of month without incident. I upgraded to WP 3.1.3 and got a msg to upgrade dsIDXpress. I did so and my access to WP went away. Totally. my site was down and wp-admin down too. I had hosting company run WP update and was able to get back in but the dsIDXpress update didn’t finish. If I run the update it trashes WP. I deleted LME and was able to update.
So think I should now reload LME? Or am i tempting fate?
I left a note on the forums, but doubtful anyone will read it. Yelp has NEVER rendered the map. Market Activity just straight up quit working! Yelp works if the user physically presses ctrl+F5 to force a reload (F5 alone does not work!). I have caching turned off in my htaccess file, so I don’t knwo what to do. The Market aactivity shortcode shows absolutely nothing. I have checked all API’s, and even ‘reregistered’ per the plugin FAQ.
