I have installed your plugin and the stupid question is:
1) is the login on the wp-login page or somewhere else? Can I create a new page for it and how?
2) I have a wordpress logo on the page, how can I remove it?

I find it very annoying that the “Thank You For Installing \”Login with Email or Username\” developed by BCS Website Services” and “Looking for a website like no other? … Read more…” notices are shown for all users on all control panel pages until hidden. It looks unprofessional and might confuse some users. Can you please change it so that this is only shown to administrators?

Should this plugin be network activated or site by site? (Is it compatible with multisite?)

As the title states with the plugin activated the login screen does not display the “Or Email” addition, only Username.

I can however login with an email address.
