I love my customer journey with this company and this product. Before getting the pro version, I got wonderful support already – out of that I ordered the pro version and I′m flashed by all the possilities of the product. I identified one issue, which I reported. Half a day later I got a message back, that I found a bug and got a fix right away. This is the best service I ever got in the IT industry and I′m working there for over 30 years now. I could highly recommend this vendor and this product in specific. If I will need other plugins for other things, I will definitely first check, if this vendor does offer something. Thanks for this outstanding overall experience.

I bought this plugin for a client specifically for the ticker style logo carousel. I had some issues getting it to work right with my clients theme. The Logo Carousel support team was able to fix it by modifying the plugin settings and adding a tiny bit of CSS code. The ticker slider is very smooth and looks great, and my client is very happy. Thanks to the support team, they are great. I give them 5 stars.

My old logo carousel plugin hadn’t been updated in some time and some features were no longer operational. I did some research and liked what I saw with this plugin and purchased the pro version. Candidly I was disappointed as I couldn’t get it to display as I wished. When I contacted support they were all over the issue and had me fixed up and smiling in no time. Very impressed. I use the carousel (ticker mode) in three or four spots on our site and this plugin is much more flexible than my last one. Highly recommend for the product itself and the back up support.
