Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘mark’) in /lottiefiles/build/index.js

Just shows a empty page and no block is added.

Since updating to WP 4.6.2 and Lottiefiles 2.8.0, I get the following php warning:

Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$enableCdn in wp-content/plugins/lottiefiles/src/gutenberg-block/init.php on line 70

The plugin now seems to be breaking the editor styles for core blocks. Disabling the Lottiefiles plugin restores the admin styles for core blocks.

Problem:
Upload your own Lottie JSON, set the width to 1920, and add CSS class.
Comeback to edit pages and I can’t even edit the pages. because the Lottie covers the whole editor.

Error log:

If you use the “Discover animation” feature, the animation selector does not work. Manually importing JSON does.

Hi there,

I’m playing around with your plugin and it looks good.

However, I’m having a problem with any JSON file I upload or import via URL – whilst shows – I have to convert into HTML on second edit.

My workflow is this:-

• Add the Lottie Block to a blank page.
• Open Media Library.
• Upload a JSON file.
• Set the options
• Publish or Update the page.
• Close the editor and go to the page.
• Click “Edit Page”

And I get the “This block contains unexpected or invalid content.”.

If I use the “Discover” or “Workspaces” options, it doesn’t cause the same error.

Any ideas? I’m using only this plugin, the default WordPress theme, PHP 8.0 and a JSON file downloaded from https://lottiefiles.com/

Do you have any ideas?

On a fresh website install and only the LottieFiles plugin installed there is an issue when attempting to preview the blocks in the Tablet and Mobile breakpoints. The block is replaced entirely with an error that reads:

The plugin changes the backhand styling, adds border to images, uses classes with no prefix like “content” that overrides the theme styling, the functionality works fine but this is causing the plugin to be unusable

If I try to embed more than one icon on a page, only the first one loads on the front-end.

There are no errors in the console. Tested using TwentyTwentyThree theme, as well as my custom theme.

Also, if Scroll is chosen as the trigger method, the icon doesn’t animate in, it just appears on the page.

I was about to leave a bad review of this plugin but decided to back off and give the devs a chance to fix the issue instead, since otherwise this plugin works great.

The plugin is injecting Tailwind CSS into the admin area which is interfering with default styles, such as adding thick borders to all images and changing heading fonts. Get rid of Tailwind, you don’t need it for a single settings page. And if you really do (really??), figure out how to prefix it and remove styles on bare elements like img.

Hi, I am using the Sage 10 starter theme with Tailwind, and when a Lottiefiles Gutenberg block is loaded into the editor, it messes up the CSS :

As you can see in the screenshot, it adds a black border around images and also in the WordPress menu.
I had a look in the source, and it seems your plugin is adding a <style> tag containing some default Tailwind css which is causing the problem. Is there a way for you to add this completely prefixed with lf- like you do for the rest of your styles in order to avoid this types of conflicts ?

I get this error on every page after installing the plugin and viewing the website while logged out.

I installed the LottieFiles plugin for WP and added a Lottie animation on a Gutenberg block without any issues. I can see it in the editor, but once I select preview or try to view it on a published page/post it doesn’t show up. No error shows up when checking with Chrome inspect tool.

Perhaps I’m just not seeing it but, where do I enter in a url to a lottie so I can use as a button?

Hi! Great plugin! I got 2 suggestions to improve it, if it’s possible :

1. The plugin has a 3 background palettes : one called “Theme”, one called “Default colors” and a custom selector. Both “Theme” and “Default colors” are hardcoded in the block script and are kinda useless if your project has relatively strict visual guidelines. I’d like to be able to customize the palette options (for example, having a custom “theme” palette and ideally disable useless palettes. A setting, perhaps? Or maybe checking the “theme.json” color palette if available?

2. The frontend files (CSS + Javascript) seems to be systematically loaded on every page, even if no lottiefiles block is in the post. Is it possible to load them only when needed? For the moment, I did a workaround to dequeue them in my functions.php when the block is not present, but if it can be clean from the start, that would be cool.
