Can this plugin remove duplicate comments? (e.g. when 4 comments are the same, three are deleted and one remains.) Because I have been looking for such plugin that deletes duplicate comments for a long time and I can’t find it.

The plugin does not open so impossible to use… I uninstalled then reinstalled, but still nothing. The first time I installed some time ago, I can’t remember, it worked fine, but not anymore.
