Events are expiring too soon, they seem to expire the day of event but they aren’t supposed to until the start time. Settings on my end seemed to be all correct. Any ideas?

The event has 15 spots. Already 10 kids will come.

But your plug-in said: 4 seats available. In my opinion is 15-10= 5 places.

I’m having issues with this plugin when used on a mobile. When viewing the event, it splits the page into 2 columns. 1 to display the event details and the other tho show the venue or organiser details.

This makes it very difficult to see on a mobile as it squashes the event details in column 1. I have turned off or “hidden” the event venue details but it now still shows 2 columns and the venue information is hidden.

Anyone have a work around or some funky CSS to solve?

This filter always runs and makes wordpress and other plugin mails look bad.

On our event page we have regular fatal errors. In the Woocommerce log we see:

We use the latest version 4.2.3 of your plugin, and all other plugins are also up to date. Can you please let me know how to fix this?

I am using your event creator plugin on my website and attempting to translate it into Hungarian using Loco Translate. However, the calendar section (days, months, previous, next, today) still appears in English, despite the WordPress language setting being set to Hungarian.

I have checked the following:

• All relevant phrases are translated in the Loco Translate plugin.
• The language setting in the WordPress admin interface is set to Hungarian.
• I have cleared all caches.

Please assist me in resolving this issue so that the calendar section can also be displayed in Hungarian.

I have created the filter based on various categories using FACET plugin.

When I have installed the Event manger plugin to create the events and I found that my shop page filter pagination is not working. When I filter for particular category it is not showing the products. And sometimes it show the products but when I click on the next page the products gone.

I’ve also tried other plugins with filters that include AJAX pagination, but I’m encountering issues with them as well. When I deactivate the event plugin, the issue gets resolved.

The checkout proccess doesnt work. When you walk through the checkout process the Paypal button twirls then nothing happens. If you click it again, an error message says “Sorry, your session has expired.?Return to shop” The cart works for the shop on the site just not the event section.

This was an issue a few months ago with a bad update. Was fixed, and back on 4.2.0.

Checkout page infinity spins, and unable to checkout. Disabling plug-in fixes the issue.

Hi there.

When I go to Event Settings > Style Settings and change the Royal Icons Background Colour from Orange to Blue, it doesn’t update on the front end.

I have changed all Orange backgrounds to blue to support our brand colour and every other option seems to work (background labels etc) apart from the Royal Icons stay Orange.

Of course, I can load up the back end CSS and replace orange with by Hex colour choice but id rather either add some CSS code or get this to work.

At the moment when someone goes to book an event it makes them select delivery however there is nothing physical to ship. Does anyone know how to remove shipping for orders that exclusively have events.

We also have physical products on the site so I’d need shipping to show if they also had physical items in their basket as well as an event. However if it’s only an event it’s unnecessary to have shipping options.

No one responds in pro support. What can we do??

We are using WP 6.5.3 with the TT3 block based theme. Our web site relies upon sub menus created with the FSE block appearance editor. A recent update from MagePeople is blocking the functioning of the sub menus whenever a single event page is displayed using the default single event page template. It would appear that the plugin seems to be interfering with the default WP javascript that allows the <li> tags in the navigation menu to recognize an event. It does not seem to matter if a different single event page template is used and the sub menus function as expected everywhere else on the site except when a single event is being rendered.

Hello, I have the Events – Grid Style Shortcode setting on the homepage. Some events are fully booked. I still see these (they are not hidden even though you cannot book them). Is it possible to indicate that it is fully booked (so that you can see it straight away) without having to go into the details? Badge or something?

I am creating different seating plans, some of them include rows with different number of seats. Is it possible to get the total number of seats after I finish with the Seat plan and have shown that number in the event? Because now I have for example 500 seats, but I have to count them manually in order to get the exact number of tickets to be sold. Can we do it automatically for every seat plan?

Hi, i was wondering if there is a way to change default ticket quantity while trying to pick the number of tickets. Right now u have 0 tickets after the page is loaded so you have to press + button to press a button that will add this event to the cart. I would like it to be 1 by default so u dont have to press + button to get to the cart.

There is some brief explanation about it on your page https://docs.mage-people.com/woocommerce-event-manager/seat-plan-addon-for-event-manager/ but it doesn’t cover all the options. For example, is it possible to make bulk reservation for all seats in one or more rows instead of clicking one by one? And what options do I have if I have a stage with 400 seats, but I should sell 200 only? Any shortcut in doing that?
