I had 2 million rows for it in the database wp_fca_eoi_activity, that was after I cleared it months ago.
Also, clearing the stats crashed the site because there was 2 million rows to delete.
]]>Hi! Ive really liked & used this plug in for years..now Mailchimp has “customer jouneys” to automate Welcome emails. my client has a simple one set up. When people sign up using the OptinCat pop up or the post embed short form, they DO get added to the client email list, but they DONT receive a Welcome email of any sort. is there documentation on this? My client specifically requests this to be automated; is this only something for the Premium version?

]]>I am getting this error message when trying to add a new subscriber to my mail chimp account via Optin Form UNLESS the user is already in my mail chimp audience. I’ve tested this with a couple of manual entries into my mail chimp audience and get the success message. Any new subscribers I get this error message

When Optin Cat is active, I have a major issue with WPBakery’s Frontend builder. If I edit a content block the block disappears after saving. I have to save the page and reload to actually see my change. I have a video of the issue available.
]]>For some odd reason, the page in which I use Optin Cat form is not displaying some font icons on the header. As a comparison, you can see the font icons at the main page (https://www.carreiraodalgrande.com.br/). If I remove the Optin Cat from the page with the issue, the font icons are displayed again, so the issue is definitely related to Optin Cat.

]]>The plugin was working but suddenly in the popup if you try to subscribe the message appears on the button “Couldn′t verify submission – try reloading”.
I did some Googleing and saw that it could be a nonce/caching issue. We’re using WPRocket on this site. But I’m unclear how to exclude the form/Optin Cat from nonces.
What steps do I need to take to fix this?
]]>I was using this plug in for a while and switched email providers. I uninstalled the plug in but the form still appears on my site. If you go to the page, the first form that pops up is the correct one. A second one appears if you scroll down- this is the one I don’t want- it says “Get free tips on leadership, marketing and team development”.
]]>I have connected the form to my MailChimp audience. The API key was successful. But when I subscribe, the opt-in email is not sent, and the subscriber is not added to Mailchimp.
When I turn off the ‘double opt-in’ option in the Optin Cat form settings, the subscriber IS added to Mailchimp. But obviously the confirmation email is not sent.
When I turn it on, the confirmation email is not sent and the subscriber is not added to Mailchimp.
Any reason for this?

today I have send a customer to put themselves on to the mailing list themselves. They got back to me telling me that the form is not responding on clicking the button.
Just tried it after updating to the latest version, it’s still not doing it.
Now I am wondering how many people I have missed out on since I have not tested the form for month and month.
Do I need to look for a new plugin?

]]>Hello, the plugin just stopped working and I can’t find the issue. I already read other forum entries but they didn’t help. I have a screenshot that shows the plugin working last night and not anymore today. It’s installed on two different websites of mine and has been working well for over a year. Now all the opt-in forms on both sites stopped working suddenly! What should I do?

Many layout settings don’t work in a Gutenberg Block.
Add Block, Widgets group, Optin Cat.
Block says “Click here and select an optin form from the menu above.”
Select An Optin Form — list is empty.
Temporary solution: In making the form in Optin Cat, set this:
Form Layout: Post Boxes
Important, or can’t use with the Optin Cat Gutenberg Block
Should be able to put any form in the Post, or in a Widget area.
Minimal: give a message “No forms with Layout = Post Boxes” so the problem isn’t a mystery.
If need to use Post Boxes layout, should be a way to transfer all the fonts and colors to that layout.

]]>I was trying to figure out why my opt-in count had dropped over the last month or so. When I tested it, I now realize I was testing it with the form on the page footer, which is a second opt-in tool (Yikes) that I forgot was used by the original site designer. After more testing, I just now discovered that it’s opt-in cat’s forms that do not work. If you fill out an email address, they just jump to a list of my blog entries. Mailchimp does not got a new address to its list.
This is why my opt-ins have slowed to a trickle because opt-in cat has been on the majority of my pages.
I can only assume opt-in cat is not compatible with some other plug-in I have. WordPress tells me that opt-in cat hasn’t been tested with my version of WP. I will look for another subscription form plug in and change over the 100+ pages where I have opt-in cat. But I thought you guys would want to know because this is a serious, serious issue that needs to be fixed.
FWIW, opt-in cat is one of the few plug-ins I use that have less than 100,000 installations. I am pretty sure this is an opt-in cat issue.

On our web site we are using Optin Cat (Mailchimp Forms by Optin Cat) plugins. It internally creates a cookie fca_eoi_pagecount and when cookie is getting created it does not apply secure and Http attribute on cookie.
Could you please suggest what is needed to apply both attributes (Secure and HttpOnly) on ?
]]>I spent half a day tracking down a recent issue with my WP galleries. The sizes render all wrong and the slideshow mode says Javascript is required. These have worked for a year with no issue so this error is fairly recent. It occurs on nearly every page/post on my site with gallery images.
After trying everything, I stumbled across the fact that this error ONLY occurs when an optin cat form is on the page. If I remove the form, the gallery images render without any issues.
Since this was not the case in the past, it would seem that a recent WP update somehow created this problem with your plugin. Your site says you do not support the latest version of WP.
Can you make your plugin compatible with the recent WP and/or fix this error?

My API key is CORRECT and so is my email address, but I keep getting the red X sign when adding this. I think this is why the api won’t work. Please help. I see nothing wrong.

I just created a pop up form in English, and translated it to Spanish, but now both are showing in both languages. I mean, regardless of which language you’re browsing in, you get 2 pop ups. How can I make this right (only English pop up in English content and only Spanish pop up in Spanish content)?

I subscribe to the form at bottom of home page. Email address is added to mailchimp, but I never see the email address in the list of subscribers in the plugin.
