Today I have suddenly been getting 100s of email warnings: The optin campaign “” is failing to convert leads due to the following error “No email provider or list has been set for this optin.
However, all I have is one optin campaign set up integrated with the WordPress User Registration system to collect emails for my newsletter, and that is working fine. I have no other integrations set up with any other optin campaigns.
Any ideas what could be causing this sudden avalanche of emails? It seems like some kind of bot attack.
Thank you
We’ve been using the plugin for some time and it has been working, however recently it’s causing a timeout on the front end of the site. Thought the patch this morning might have fixed the issue if it was continuing to retry on error, but still had the issue. Forced to remove the plugin.

]]>Hello,
I’m using mailoptin to save elementor pro form informations on brevo.
Informations of the form are correctly saved on the selected brevo list.
But double optin email is not sent (No email sent in the brevo transactionnal log)
Mailtoptin error log is also empty.
Is this a mailoptin bug ?
Thanks in advance for the help.
]]>I think Mailoptin always save the “Name” field to Zoho’s last name even if the default setting on Zoho is set to the first name.
Is it possible to change the behavior?
I like MailOptin, but it seems that it’s not optimized enough compared to other popular optin plugins.
Both for memory usage & loading speed.
Would you be able to improve it?
According the help topics on the website https://mailoptin.io/article/activate-time-on-site-trigger/ the time on site trigger should be visible in the campaign builder page. The setting is not showing and the campaigns are triggering nearly instantly on the website, making them unworkable. Kindly advise if this setting has been moved or removed?

]]>I have dismissed 30 times that notification that says: “Did you know you can display targeted message & optin forms across your WooCommerce store, add customers to your email list after their purchase, automatically send email of new products and send newsletters to active subscribers and members in WooCommerce Memberships and Subscriptions plugins? Please correct that bug and let us dismiss it. Because i dismiss it and i refresh and the notification is back there again.
]]>I’m using MailOptin on my WordPress website, and I’m encountering an issue with the form’s post-submission behavior. Currently, after a user successfully submits the form, they see a success message (“Thanks for subscribing!”). However, if the user refreshes the page, the form still shows the “Thanks for subscribing!”
I’d like the form to reset completely after a successful submission. This means upon form submission, the form should return to its default state with empty fields for name, email, etc., as if it hadn’t been submitted before.
I’ve searched the forums but haven’t found a solution specific to keeping the form reset after submission. Any suggestions or insights on how to achieve this behavior with MailOptin would be highly appreciated.
Thanks.

]]>I have been using MailOptin free version to update Constant Contact lists via Elementor forms. I started getting errors from MailOptin and when I went to the form, there was an option for Constant Contact for MailOptin, but when I selected that and went to choose the list, there was only a list for Registration roles and no list for Constant Contact. I deactivated the plugin and my form is working again, but not updating CC (obviously).
I have a screen dump but no way to load it.
]]>Hi there.
I am much interested in your plugin and I guess I need a premium version for what I want to do.
I want customers of my WooCommerce website to automaticaly receive an email when a new product is release on the website.
Which premium version of your plugin do I need ?
Do I need to use Brevo or MailChimp plugin to achieve it?
Thank you!
]]>I am trying to create an Email Automation where New Post emails are sent, but I only want the email to contain the post content BEFORE the WordPress Read More Tag. Is this possible?
I know you can set the maximum number of words to include in the email, but that isn’t what I need. I need the emails to always contain the FULL content before Read More Tag and nothing after it.

]]>Hello, I used 3 elementor contact form for Brevo integration. The first 2 work fine, however, when I connect the 3rd contact form, it no longer works and it displays the error message “parsererror” for all 3 contact forms.
However, when I am connected as an administrator, the forms work fine and arrive in the Brevo list. This “parsererror” error message only displays for non-connected browsers and the contacts will not arrive in the Brevo list.
Can you give me a clue to resolve the problem? THANKS !
Hi,
I have two questions:
On our site we’re using the Constant Contact integration with MailOptin. With some regularity we’ll get an error notification email with the subject:
Warning! "Elementor Form" Optin Campaign Is Not Working
In the body of the email we’ll see:
The optin campaign "Elementor Form" is failing to convert leads due to the following error "0: Signed API request has returned an error. HTTP error 400. Raw Provider API response: [{"error_key":"contacts.api.validation.error","error_message":"Email address is invalid"}].".
If, in fact, the email address really is “invalid” for whatever reason, or if there is another validation error, I’d say that the Optin Campaign is working great, in that it’s not letting spam or erroneous info into our Constant Contact email database. I this case I’m just fine with how this is functioning. Is there a way (a plugin hook or a parameter, etc.) whereby we can interrogate the “Raw Provider API response” and, depending on the error message, change the subject of the email to better reflect the reality of the situation (or perhaps put that message in the subject)? As it is now, the error notification email makes one think that this is broken and needs intervention, when, in fact, it does not.
The 2nd question has to do with receiving this message for an email address that appears to actually be valid. I just did a spot-check on a Gmail address that was submitted via our Newsletter signup form and it got this Email address is invalid
message, but all the checks I’ve done on the email address (including trying to do a Google account recovery) seem to suggest that it’s a deliverable, existing Gmail account. Do you know what/who/how this verification process comes to the conclusion that the email address is, in fact invalid?
By the way this is not the “Legacy” Constant Contact integration.
]]>Ok So the problem is I’m using Elementor + brevo with MailOptin plugin.
the problem is in elementor edit mode when I am submited the form its collecting data but when the page is live its not! its reloading the page and not save the email on wp dashboard or in brevo!
same issue with contact page!
the form with MailOptin only working when I am on Elementor Edit mode!
Hi there. I’m trying to follow these instructions to connect Constant Contact:
However, Constant Contact is now asking additional questions about “Implicit Flow,” “PKCE,” “Refresh Token,” etc. Can you provide more information on what I need to select? Thanks!
]]>our connection from elementor forms to constant contact was working until a few days ago.
now we are getting notices by email that the form 'is failing to convert leads due to the following error '0: Unable to refresh the access token. HTTP error 403. Raw Provider API response: Enable JavaScript and cookies to continue'
and users are getting this message: 'There was an error saving your contact. Please try again. Your submission failed because of an error."MailOptin There was an error saving your contact. Please try again.
This message is not visible to site visitors.'
i switched the loader method to no improvement.
when i check my settings, i see that the lists are not coming through from constant contact, the menu from the above option is repeated instead.

I,
I have just received an email from mailoptin saying
The “Pop in Newsletter” subscription form is unable to convert visitors due to the following error??0: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received??.
Never seen this before. What should I do ?
]]>I’ve created a simple pop-up to collect the customer’s details and email them to us. I’ve tried integration with sendinblue and now mailerlite. Both times they said they successfully connected but when I fill the pop-up in it just states “Unexpected error. Please try again.” in red on the popup box?
I can’t see what I’ve missed?

]]>Hi,
I’ve noticed that the plugin is generating an additional URL for each of the pages on our website, that ends with the following:
?mailoptin-ajax=track_optin_impression
Can you let me know what is causing this and how it can be prevented?
The search engines are finding these URLs and crawling them, which we do not want because it is unecessary and wasting crawl budget.
Thanks
]]>Hi,
we have been recently spammed with error messages from Mailoptin:
The optin campaign “Home” is failing to convert leads due to the following error “5: This list does not exist”
The optin campaign “Home” is failing to convert leads due to the following error “6: Logging in to a WordPress user list with ID 1 is not possible.”
We have received over 1000 mails in this regard and deactivated the plugin. How do we fix this? We haven’t changed anything. There was a Mailpoet update yesterday.

]]>Hi everyone,
I am trying to configure Sendinblue for Abandoned Checkouts on our website. I have installed and activated both Sendinblue plugins but I have now been told that I have to add some code to the website in order to capture Abandoned Checkout users information including their email addresses for website visitors who have not logged in.
The Sendinblue support have written this:
“Removing the “//” in front of the identify request will activate the identify request within the tracker, allowing the email to be associated with a tracking cookie after the email has been entered in the cart/checkout details. If the contact did not enter their email address at all and abandoned their cart, there is no way to track the contact in that case. The email would need to have been passed on your website, either within the cart/checkout or through a form or log in.
For the email in the code, this would need to be replaced with whichever variable is used to store the email on your website. So, if your customer emails are stored within customer_email on your website, then this would need to be entered where the example shows “[email protected]”.
This allows the tracker to associate the window.sib.email_id with the variable on your website that stores your customer emails which then allows tracking to occur without a login.”
Does anyone know what the Variable would be which is used to store the emails on my website? And where I can find this information?
Any help would be gratefully received.
Many thanks.
]]>Hi, I’m having a recurrent issue with a 500 error appearing on my site. I tried debugging via my site’s error log and these errors has been happening non stop for 4 days (these are the only errors on the error log so I’m assuming this is what causing my site to be down):
PHP Warning: Undefined array key “optin_uuid” in /home3/marysalas/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mailoptin/src/core/src/AjaxHandler.php on line 1007
PHP Warning: Undefined array key “stat_data” in /home3/marysalas/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mailoptin/src/core/src/AjaxHandler.php on line 1006
I was using PHP version 7.4 and have already updated to 8.1 some days ago, that’s the only change I’ve done to my site since this error started showing up more frequently. Can you please provide a solution to this issue?
Thanks in advance
