I just installed & activated this plugin, but when I go to the “Settings,” I see this message:

“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

What’s going on here? I had the same thing for 2 websites.

The URL on the plugins page to the settings page for this addon is wrong.

The present URL is “https://…/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=pmpro_mailpoet_options”
But, the correct URL is “https://…/wp-admin/admin.php?page=pmpro-mailpoet”

I have created some custom fields in PM Pro and would like to get that data imported to the equivalent custom fields in Mailpoet. I’m using the very cool “MailPoet Paid Memberships Pro Add-on” plugin, and even got into the code, but have not been able to figure out how to import custom field values. Any thoughts on how best to proceed?

I noticed this plugin has not been updated for a while. Is it being kept up to be compatible with latest version of WP properly?

We have this enabled using PMP on our check out page. With the plugin enabled, our users have been receiving the error “you need to complete all required fields” even though all fields have been completed. Disabling this plugin resolves the issue.

From what I can see, this error only appears for users who are already subscribed to a newsletter (we have multiple newsletters, but you can’t select them independently using this plugin…) so I assume that’s the source of the error. People who were not on any newsletter list were able to process payment without issue.

This plugin places a checkbox on the PMPro checkout page, but there is no label next to it, other than the number “1”. The HTML produced is this:
