]]>I created a newsletter form with the new block form function in Mailster. Even though I put the options that the form shall only be displayed on ONE specific page, it shows up in ALL blog pages.
Could anyone tell me how I can remove the newsletter form from the blog pages?
Even deleting it and throwing it to the trash does not remove it.

It’s also happening in your own demo as I checked (visit the linked page pointing Mailster demo)
How to reproduce this problem:
1) Create Campaign as autoresponder
2) Choose notification template (note: I didn’t test it in base template)
2) Write the dynamic tag {post_title:-1}
3) Change the template in any way. I changed the size of the logo image.
4) Save it, and preview it.
5) You’ll see dynamic tag not working.

However, the Mailster status does not update: the campaign seems “pauzed”, no clicks are shown, it seems it is just “stuck”.
Only after clearing the redis cache can I see some statistics, but Mailster keeps being somehow jammed in that process.
I already asked the Redis-plugin developer, and he says Mailster should fix this issue.
How can you solve this please ?

]]>I have Mailster installed on my WooCommerce site but the newsletter sign up checkbox at checkout isn’t working. There is no confirmation that it was added to the subscriber list and doesn’t not appear in the subscribers list. I am using the most recent versions of the Mailster plugin and Mailster for WooCommerce extension on WordPress 6.1.1 and WooCommerce 7.3.0. The theme is default Twenty Twenty-Three, no caching, no other plugins.
Is there a way to fix this? It seems like the only real help I can get from EverPress is to pay $75 for extended support which is steep considering this is a basic function and I already paid for the plugin.

A high bounce rate is caused by a high level of emails being sent to invalid email addresses. As per our Anti-Spam policy, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately and start investigating your activity if a high percentage of the emails you are sending result in bounces.
So we can further review your account status, can you please confirm how you obtained your recipient’s email addresses and in what way you have a valid legal ground to contact them?
As per the number of emails, your system is most likely retrying soft bounced messages to the same recipients over and over as we don’t retry them on our end.

There is an bug when you want to create a new newsletter. The window where you can place content in the template keeps loading and loading for minutes, nothing happens. There seems to be a bug or a conflict with some javascripts.
This is the same issue as those other 2 guys have reported:

When the form is in the original site the captcha works but when the form inside the iframe in another site does not work.

I used module “1/4 Image on the left” and dynamic posts.
When I change field “Image URL” from default “{sleva_image:-1;;;1138}” to “{sleva_meta[sleva_logo_obchodu]:-1;;;1138}”, save it and try to click on image again, it doesn’t work. Pop up window doesn’t show up.
And in the browser console I have this error:
