My web design guy has tried to install this plugin so that I can setup a subdomain on my blog shithot.co.uk for my directory.
Only problem is whenever the plugin is activated alot of the text in the dashboard on my posts, yoast seo plugin section and stuff like that goes into bold.
It doesn’t actually affect the posts on the website but I don’t like it and would still like to get it sorted.
Anyone have any idea what’s causing this and how to fix it?
Would really appreciate any help.

Semua permalink sudah terubah.
Permalink sudah berubah, tes halaman post juga berhasil.
Hanya saja untuk permalink category, jika dikunjungi, hasilnya Error 404
Misal:
https://subdomain.host.com/child-category/post-slug (berhasil)
https://subdomain.host/child-category (Error 404)
Apakah ada solusi?

I have been using Main Category As Subdomain form long ago in a website, and I have not found any issue, everything working fine.
But I have found some issues to validate AMP version, after installing AMP plugin. I think that could be any problem with that. Subdomain permalinks seems not to be showing correctly the AMP version.
Could you tell me if is there any found issues with that? Maybe another people has found the same problem with both AMP and Main Category As Subdomain.

For example. I have category with slug “primary-economy” but I want to create the subdomain “economy.mydomain.com”
In exactly my case, I have two categories: “economy” and “economy-super”. Posts in category “economy” should work normal -> mydomain.com/category/economy
But posts under category “economy-super” should have his own subdomain “economy.mydomain.com”
Like You see, there is conflict between category slug and other category subdomain.

]]>I installed plugin, setup * domain also (with cloudflare CDN, hosted on GoDaddy).
after setup, i get pageok on all the posts, there is nothing else showing in the browser window. I can see the url is changed like news.oilwire.net/catlast/yy/mm/dd/postname but inside the browser windows – it only says page ok.
I switched from Test Mode to Active mode also, but same result, clear cache and try again, but same results.
For now, I have to deactivate plugin. Please advise so i can check again.

]]>Hello guys. Some images and icons dot not load/appear in subdomains. Homepage is working just fine. These images and icons are essentially from the theme I’m using and not from the posts. The theme is Goliath NEWS from themeforest. I’ve tried deactivating all the other plugins, using other themes and the issue persists. Any help on this?

I’m using your plugin in my WP with Nginx, I tried to follow your entire instruction except wildcard instruction, because I want specific subdomain, so I reconfigure and adding specific block host in .conf.
Based your instruction you want user use wildcard but I think that misleading, probably like, if I want category “sub” as subdomain sub.example.com, add CNAME in DNS Manager –> sub.example.com to ip domain, because not entire category as subdomain, Correct?
This is based on my thought before I take action, I have many question and will try step by step to use your plugin, it’s an maintenance issue. Thanks to bring your plugin existence.

I have a question about the functionality of this plugin. I have set up my subdomains and categories how I want them, but the URLs do not display as expected.
I have a category named category1. The url https://category1.mysite.com links to that category’s page as expected. Also clicking the category1 link in my site also redirects to https://category1.mysite.com.
However, let’s say I make a post titled “Test Post” with category1. The url to this post will not be https://category1.mysite.com/test-post/ as expected, but will instead be https://mysite.com/test-post/
How do I make it so that every URL in category1 will use https://category1.mysite.com as it’s base URL instead of https://mysite.com?

]]>Today the plug-in only list the categories of the post that are *already* published. That means if I publish a post in a new category, I must then go to the settings to activate the subdomain feature on that category.
Why not let the user choose the status in which the subdomain feature is available? I could then preview my website with correctly even there is no published post in that new category.

Enable subdomains as soon as the post status is: [Published, Pending, Draft] (dropdown list)
