When trying to make a test payment using Visa or MasterCard the user gets redirected, a loading icon appears for a few seconds and disappears, and then nothing happens. After the loading icon disappears an error shows up in the console. Tried with a default theme and with other plugins disabled and still didn’t work. Have the newest plugin version.

]]>Hi,
Together with WooCommerce team we identified a conflict between your plugins: “order” section is not showing ordered products, payment nor shipping details.
It started with the latest update of WooCommerce plugin.
Please fix it as soon as possible,
thanks!
There is a problem when chekout an order and selecting a parcelmachine. On mobile devices the field for selecting the parcelmachine is not shown. Switching between Omniva, Smartpost and DPD doesn’t help.
On desktops and laptops everything is fine. Adaptive layout shows no problems. The problem is only on mobile devices.
Help solve this problem! Thanks!

]]>Hi,
When installed, Makecommerce for Woocommerce interferes with a date-picker of another plugin, more precisely Woo Discount Rules and overwrites its date format, so as design of it. Therefore dates picked with Woo Discount Rules do not save because of the format clash. They can be entered by copy&paste, but it is still pain to get them keep the format and generally Makecommerce date-picker should preserve its scope within the original plugin. Date-picker works fine when Makecommerce is uninstalled.
Please look into fixing this bug as the use of this functionality is very routine and causes issue.
Thanks
I have discovered a bug which initially I thought was Woocommerce bug but I’ve narrowed it down as a Makecommerce bug. On my site sometimes people want to have billing information and shipping information separate because they are ordering gifts as a surprise for another person.
I have enabled under Woocommerce settings:
Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping options > Shipping destination > Default to customer shipping address
However when a customer ticks the box in the checkout form “Ship to a different address” Makecommerce uses billing first name and billing last name for shipping information and shows that in the customer e-mail as well as under Woocommerce orders.
Also Makecommerce uses billing fields like e-mail, name and phone number as a default even after choosing “Ship to a different address.” It should actually use information entered into shipping information.
When trying to print out a parcel label, the plugin uses information from billing address instead of shipping address. I added phone number field into Woocommerce via “F4 Shipping Phone and e-mail for WooCommerce“ so when customer chooses ship to a different address the parcel would be shipped using shipping phone number but Makecommerce always uses billing phone number.
I can provide screenshots and video examples to make the issue clearer if needed.

]]>Hi!
What version is required?
I just installed WordPress on localhost and tried to add MakeCommerce plugin to it.
Doesn’t work.
Question.
Is it possible to get Woocommerce order number as referents number in Merchant portal.
Latest version 3.0.3 seems to be breaking parcel selector for me. It doesn’t appear after choosing delivery method on the checkout screen. Had to roll-back to version 3.0.2 where it works perfectly.
I am using a checkout plugin as well. When disabling said plugin the parcel selector seems to be fine.
Checkout plugin used: AeroCheckout: Custom WooCommerce Checkout Pages
I am suspecting that this fix broke it for me in the latest changelog.
Fix – Duplicate selectboxes in checkout (parcelmachine and itella courier). Caused problems in some themes.
Please let me know if any more information is needed from my side.
All my other plugins and WordPress are on latest versions.

Hello Support,
I would like to know about the monthly recurring cost as its showing on the link —
https://makecommerce.net/prices/
MakeCommerce modules (optional)
Free to install, free upgrades.
Monthly fee: 10€ (payments only) or 15€ (payments and delivery info)
So could you please explain a bit about this ,I’m afraid if I install the plugin on my client’s website and it will charge re-current monthly charges to him.
Please clarify the pricing included once
looking forward
Thanks and regards

It seems that recent updates have changed the behavior of selecting parcel machine on checkout page. Now choosing the parcel machine location isn’t required any more and we are seeing orders where customers have forgotten to select this and it’s causing problems fulfilling the orders. Could you change it back to required?

After the payment has been done and customer is redirected back to the merchant page, the language of the confirmation page is reset back to website default one.
That happens on my local installation (using version 2.5.6) as well as online demo: https://demo-shop.maksekeskus.ee/wpml/pood/
Expected behaviour:
After payment has been done and customer is returned to a merchant page, the language is preserved (same as it was before leaving the page).
Hello
Just wanted to inform that you have deprecated function in ‘cancelled’ status return URL call.
makecommerce.php line 161
case 'CANCELLED':
$order->update_status( 'cancelled' );
wc_add_notice(__('Payment transaction cancelled', 'wc_makecommerce_domain'), 'error');
$returnUrl = $woocommerce->cart->get_cart_url();
break;
get_cart_url() function is deprecated since v 2.5.0. Use wc_get_cart_url() instead.
Cheers

when I try to access API settings https://lina.lv/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=api§ion=mk_api I get forwarded to main Woocommerce settings page.
I suspect it’s related to the latest Woocommerce version since when I disable all plugins except for Makecommerce and Woocommerce I’m still experiencing the same issue so it’s not due to the plugin conflict.
Please help.
