First of all, great piece of software – I can’t thank you enough for filling the manual payment gap WooCommerce has left wide open for way too long!

I’m developing a store running WP 4.9.8 and WooCommerce 3.4.7

Your plugin works just fine, but during a test order it generated duplicate notes: “Order status changed from Pending payment to Processing.” and I received two identical order receipt emails as a result.

I did check my payment processor which only received one charge for the order thankfully, but this may cause concern with customers possibly thinking they were charged twice.

Any suggestions? A new WooCommerce was released today (3.5) but I have yet to install it pending other plugin compatibility.

Greetings. I have a WordPress site with WooCommerce. What I want to do per the manager is accept the credit card number from the customer, but put the order on pending so they can enter the CC# into a third party system. Is there any plugin or option in WooCommerce that does this? He doesn’t want to do automatic payments because he is manually tracing inventory levels. All items are custom made, to order. Any ideas? Please let me know ASAP! Thanks so much!

Hi, does this Plugin work for Recurring Subscriptions?

I installed the plug. Everything works except that when you click on Collect payment the places for the CC info is just a red underscore with an asterisk with no way of entering them and only says its a required field when you mouse over.

Gateway is Braintree and is selected.

I have checked in both chrome and firefox.

I’m using Woocommerce 3.2.5 and Stripe 3.2.3.

When I go to try to pay on the live version of Stripe, I get no gateways in the Available Gateways listing.

When I go to the test version of Stripe, I get the gateway, but the payment doesn’t go through.

Hello, I have been using your free plugin with no issues to process manual payments in the backend of Woocommerce and recently purchased the full plugin to integrate shipping quotes in the back end as well. Payment processing works as expected but when clicking the calculate shipping button I get nothing. Error in the console reads.

When I first activated the plugin I received the following error when going to the “Orders” page.

I commented out lines 73-80 of MWC_CC_Processing.php to get around this.

I am using Braintree Hosted Fields.

When i click collect payment then a window opens with ths:

Card Information

But doesnt allow to process any payment or no payment gateways show when i have paypal and authorize.net already set up

I had to deactivate this plugin because it blacked my screen out. (or, rather, translucent gray.)

The pop-up windows for this plugin are not appearing, and the black-out is covering all other data.

Only if the order has already been paid does it work. But since I have other “pending” orders in my inbox, I cannot use this plugin as it is.

I’ve installed and activated the (free) plugin but it doesn’t seem to be working.

If I go to an order and click the ‘collect payment’ button nothing happens.

If I click the ‘customer payment page’ link I get the message, “This order cannot be paid for. Please contact us if you need assistance.”

I am using the latest versions of WooCommerce and WordPress, I have turned off popup blockers and tried on both Chrome and Edge.

I’d really appreciate it if you could give me a fix/advice.
