Hi
I’m having issues with your plugin.
After I added the custom email content, i saved it, and went to the user list then tried to select some users as recipient of the email. Right after clicking the Reset Password button, an error showed up saying “This message is not sent. Please check server configuration settings.”. Despite of the error, the recipient still received the email. HOWEVER, when I went back to the email field, the email content was all gone. SO I need to copy again the email content and paste it on the email field. What should I do to avoid the email content from being erased? Please help
]]>I purchased and tried the pro version of this plugin and it failed to send out all of the emails to the total users. Of the 215 users I wanted to help reset their password with instructions, only 40 of the emails went out. I was using WPSMTP to help keep the emails clean. Also, it took me hours playing around with the plugin trying to customize an email for the users. MASS Users Password Reset Pro simply did not want to save the email template. To bad this was complete fail, as there does not seem to be a plugin that works in all of the WordPress arena.
I can’t get a refund because it’s been 2 months since my purchase, but I am happy to transfer my license to anyone that wants it if that is okay with the authors.
]]>Hi,
I would like to reset passwords without issuing the “reset your password” email.
My site is moving to “magic link”/”passwordless” login and user passwords will no longer needed- thus it makes sense to reset all user passwords without notification
Thank you!
]]>I just got this error:
There is an error in sending mail, please check your server configuration.
I send regular emails with my WordPress. I used the WP Mail SMTP plugin to help to resolve the issue, but with no success.
Is there anything that can help?
]]>Hi There, can your plugin search passwords and change all users that have X as a password (a dummy password) to Y (another dummy password)? Thanks!

“No Users yet”

Unfortunately there is not option to change the default english mail-text?
]]>Greetings Team,
It’s just a suggestion to send the reset password link instead of the password. What’re your thoughts on it?
Are you providing any hook to customize the email template?

Abdullah
As far as I can tell this plugin does not work within WordPress 5.4
Clicking Reset Paswords button has no executable action.
Hi,
I tried to reset the password of 112 new generated users which all are in the same group. As I tried to reset another single user in another group, I get the message that I have reached the maximum user limit.
Now my questions are:
What is the maximum user limit (amount of resets for the free plugin)?
Does the free plugin only give a specific amount of reset or is the limit over a period of time (e.g. only 100 resets per day)?
How can I know until which users password has resetted or has the plugin even reset password if user amount exceeds the given limit?
None of the infos are in the description of the plugin (or I could not find any)…
Thank you for answering the questions.
Best regards,
Michael
Hi,
I have a problem with you plugin.
The plugin only sends to five people a new password. After the fifth I get an error. In the error log I see the following errors.
[fcgid:warn] [pid 23330:tid 139824311842560] (22)Invalid argument: [client 129.233.2.251:51497] mod_fcgid: ap_pass_brigade failed in handle_request_ipc function
[fcgid:warn] [pid 32598:tid 139823968892672] (32)Broken pipe: [client 157.55.169.185:3008] mod_fcgid: ap_pass_brigade failed in handle_request_ipc function
Can you please help me with this error.
Best regards,
Daniel.
If we use the new option to send the Password Reset Link, the password is not really reset. That is, if the receiver of the email simply ignores the mail they receive, they can go on using their old password! There is no forced reset. This makes this new feature useless for forcing a reset. We are on the latest version of WordPress and sent the reset thru the user menu.
]]>I can’t seem to access the page to reset the passwords.
It like infinite loops or something and crashes one time I got the error: Exceeded memory
/wp-admin/users.php?page=mass_users_password_reset_options
]]>I tested the plugin and received the email indicating that the password had changed, however, the password is in plain text and visible. Can you please advise how this can be addressed?
]]>You have a huge fault in your code. We just sent out a password reset email to 100 users on our very important client site, and the username in the email is WRONG. You have it coded in your PRO plugin that it should pull the name, not username. This is terrible.
user_login
…should be used instead of:
display_name
…in this function:
private function replace_user_info_in_mail($user_info,$message_body,$send_link = ‘no’)
PLEASE FIX! You effectively have cost my agency a top client.
