I like the simple interface. Like the description said, it doesn’t require much configuration. Many WordPress plugins are bloated with too many functions and this isn’t one of them. I have it integrated with my personal blog now and it allows me to easily add Twitter tags with ease.
One thing I would suggest is when adding a MetaTag to the form field, that there is some sort of visual confirmation that tells me the MetaTag is now associated with that post.

This is a pretty nice little app. The box to edit alternate titles for Twitter is very easy to locate when editing posts and the plugin is simple yet effective. One more star will probably be added when additional features stated on the description page come if they work as described.
