I will never understand the incompetent decision to remove this in the first place, or at least give us the option to infinite load. I have more than 2k items in my media library and clicking that damn load more buttons is a task in it self.
Thanks for this!

I have under a thousand images in my media library. Most of it shop stuff. This plugin lets me scroll without needing to press the Load more button.

As a photographer with thousands of images in my media library I cannot live without this plugin. Now I don’t have to click excessively to find images I want. Please keep this plugin updated and available forever, it’s one of my standard installations on all my websites along with Classic Editor and Classic Widgets.

The “Load More” button in 5.8 was frustrating and slowed my workflow. This plugin relieved the issue and brought back infinite scrolling.

I spent so much time clicking from page to page of pictures before hearing about this plugin. This plugin saves hours of frustration that another unwanted WordPress update has created.

I have about 800 photos on just one of my websites. Renaming them to make them searchable is not an option, as that would take many hours or even a whole day or two. Needless to say, WordPress switching from infinite scroll to that Load More button created a real pain in the butt for users like me. I’m so happy I found this plugin! Message to WordPress developers, please go back to the infinite scroll or at least make the load more button optional.

Thank you so much for this plugin. When the developers build nonsense, you have to rely on remedies ??

Perfect, back to high productivity after a 300% drop in throughput. Whish I had heard about this sooner after the update. Should have been highlighted in the release notes.

A great plugin to negate another dumb “feature” from WordPress. Thank you!!!

This plugin works great to load more images than just the 40 images WP 5.8 sets.
Thank you!

Thanks for providing this replacement.
Additional Feature Request:
> Replace the block editor
> Remove the underlying problems in the core team.

No website has only 20 pictures. That was one of the best features to be able to scroll in the Media Library to find an image. Thank goodness for this plugin! It restores that feature and corrects the WordPress 5.8 update.

Your plugin saved the day!
I’m not sure why the WordPress devs didn’t include an “option” to increase our view limit, hopefully we’ll see that in the next WP update?
Thanks again for creating this – it takes a lot of frustration out of my day.
** BTW, I posted your plugin link in a subreddit, get ready for more downloads. ??

Thanks, you saved my day.
This plugin enables infinite scrolling through the media.
Wordpress disabled infinite scrolling through media library with an “load more” button. WordPress:
“This change is a part of an effort from the WordPress accessibility team to improve the experience for end-users.”
Improve experience???? No way! Very bad improvement.
Thanks to your plugin my user experience is so much better again. ??

Works great to fix that idiotic “improvement”

I have our server set to auto update WordPress. Everything was fine a week or two ago, when I returned to one site today to make change i.e., add an image I initially thought I was looking at the result of a bug or conflict of sorts. For me this so called ‘improvement’ caused nothing but frustration… took me a while realise it was intentional. If it had to be introduced I expect WordPress could have included an option to enable/disable for such a core component i.e., the Media Library.
Thank you for the plugin, it made my day!!

This is a basic plugin, lightweight, no UI or options as of July 2021, but effective – restores your media library to the pre-Wordpress 5.8 style with infinite scroll rather than ‘Showing 40 of X media items’, which on many sites means having to click ‘Load more’ a dozen times to get back to browse old media library files.
