Hey ?? Just found that CF7 forms don’t render as expected in the Modal Popup.

Looks like the wp_kses_post function wrapping $content in line 72 of /render/modalPopup.php is causing the issue. Removing that function and simply echoing the content works as expected.

I’m assuming wp_kses_post is there for security purposes, but if you can find a way to be secure without removing the ability to add in forms, that would be great.

On a similar note, the esc_attr function wrapping $btntext (lines 51, 52, 59 & 60), means we can’t add any html to the button title (such as <b>Button Title</b>).

An update to this would be appreciated. Thanks ??

When updating the Impreza WordPress theme from Version: 7.9 to the latest version, the “Advanced Carousel” function in the Mega Addons pack stops working correctly.

Instead of displaying the carousel, it just displays the items one after the other.

With old theme, Carousel is working correctly:

we have been getting a constant stream of security warnings for MegaAddons plugin in the last months. You have not updated it for a pretty long while, too.

What’s going on here? You can check on www.ads-software.com, lots of people with the same issue.

Hello everyone, we are using the plugin on our website running on WordPress 6.3.1 and PHP 8.1.2 and it is triggering the following error:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: Unsupported operand types: string - string in (…)/wp-content/plugins/mega-addons-for-visual-composer/render/infobox.php:67

We identified the problem lies on this piece of line 67:

line-height: <?php esc_attr($icon_height - $border_width); ?>px;

A possible fix would be casting the variables to int:

line-height: <?php esc_attr((int)$icon_height - (int)$border_width); ?>px;

This was enough for it to work on our website but there may be more occurrences out there in the code.

The team member element has stopped working. The block are no longer clickable on the front end even though each one has links and it is also showing some html on the frontend that shouldn’t be there.

Hi,
The contact form shortcodes in any of the modal popups do not work anymore. To see the behaviour click on the contact us button to open a popup. The contact shortcodes do however work outside of the modal popups(see contact page).
Also i see fontawesome icons everywhere on the page,
All of this goes away if i turn off the your plugin.
Any ideas?
(i tried turnig of all other plugins)

I have been browsing through your plugin files, but it’s not possible for us to translate the countdown labels (Year, Month, Day, etc), because they are generated via JS (jquery.countdown.js). Any advice or improvement for this?

Just installed the latest version to give this a test with Visual Composer, and testing out the Filterable Gallery widget, but seems that there is missing JS and CSS files.

Console is logging the following missing files
/css/filterizr.css
/js/fslightbox.js
/js/filterizr.min.js

Somehow, WP has stopped supporting Mega Addons. I used the latest and previous version of WordPress, the latest and previous version of Mega Addons, and my site still breaks down becasue of this error.

After the last update of the module, it does not allow to use format tags in the button text.
Before, a <strong> or <b> tag was valid and rendered the button text bold without to modify any CSS or create a specific class for the button.
Does this have a solution or should I modify all the buttons that have been created with tags?

Since plugin update is not available in the repository and you are not updating plugin (last code commit was 6 months ago) it is unclear if this vulnerability is present in version 4.3.0 (which I have installed) or only up to version 4.2.7.

Like many, I need to find where this abandoned plugin is used so I can remove it.

These addons appear as shortcodes in the wp_posts database table (and potentially other tables). All the shortcode names are available by looking in the plugin’s render directory. Line 6 of each file looks something like this: class WPBakeryShortCode_mvc_flip_box extends WPBakeryShortCode {.

The part after WPBakeryShortCode_ is a shortcode, in this case mvc_flip_box.

In the non-pro version, this is a list of all the shortcodes:

With these, I used mysqldump --extended_insert=FALSE to dump my database to a text file with each post on its own line. Then I was able to search for the strings above and received back lines that started with INSERT INTO wp_posts VALUES (123, blah blah).

The number after VALUES ( (in the example above, 123) is a post that contains a WPBakery shortcode.

I did some more search/replace on my results until I got a neat list of post IDs and the shortcodes in use, but this gives an overview of the general technique.

As the title says, I would like to kindly ask if it is possible to check and officially confirm plugin compatibility with WP 6.2 ?

Besides having updated description, if so, it may also encourage other users to install plugin.

All my pages show like that and some say their is an error when i deactivate the mega add-ons they open though most of the pages i use the plugin so it looks faulty again. is it because the wp bakery and word press are up to date and the add-ons are not.

We have been using advanced carousel on our site and it works great on desktop. It also works fine when testing with Dev Tools on smaller screen resolutions. But when viewing the page on real mobile device, slider is not showing slides with dots under, but instead it shows all images one below another at the same time. We put in settings to display only one image on mobile phones.

Is there a way to fix this?

I am having an error after adding Info banner.

Instead of using the image and text side by side, I select Background and place the text on it.

this works fine, but the Background image I added automatically shrinks vertically.

For example, if the image size is 1100×500, it appears collapsed to 1100×200.

Actually, I’m facing a problem in my homepage while I run the website on widescreen desktops such as 27” iMac. You can notice the images size of (handmade – accessories category) change once I run the website on my iMac 27”, even in 23”. How can I fix this issue?

I’m using your plugin’s modal feature for a contact form.

I have a button on the page that opens when you click a modal (plugin: Mega Addons for WPBakery Page Builder) contact form (plugin: contact form 7).

However, when selecting the attributes for the filter (plugin:Avalon23) (Ajax is activated). The pop-up doesn’t open. I have to refresh the page for the pop-up to open.

I’ve contacted Avalon23 support, and they’ve informed me that the problem is the incompatibility of this functionality (modal) with ajax mode.

To have the modal open, I would need the JS initialization function for buttons.

Do you have a page where I can find this code?

I’ve sent 2 messages on CodeCanyon, a week ago and yesterday. I’m running out of time to solve this problem, and I’m hoping that the plugin author will be paying more attention here!

My problem is that I have content load into the modal window. And in that HTML content are some LINKS.

When I click on the links, I want the new content to load inside the SAME MODAL WINDOW.

I’ve tried using data-target and data-toggle, with no luck. Then I read that these have been upgraded to data-bs-target and data-bs-toggle, but STILL no luck.

Please help me do something that seems like it should be fairly basic.
