After installing, how do I use this plugin?
No information showed on pluginpage of at settings.

On mobile, using the ‘Twenty-Twenty Four’ theme, with nothing else installed, the ‘Current time’ / timecode displays as expected on DESKTOP… but on MOBILE, the ‘Current time’ / timecode is hidden.

I’ve tried disabling / unchecking “Progress bar” in the Meks plugin settings, but the timecode still isn’t displayed on MOBILE.

Is there any CSS I can add to force show the current time?

I have issue with combination of your plugin and Complianz plugin. Until the cookie consent is accepted, the Complianz placeholder is not visible on my site
e.g. see the link: https://nemocnenibezmoc.cz/proc-musi-zena-s-polycystickymi-vajecniky-k-endokrinologovi/

Spotify is the most important for me (it’s a page with podcast). But for youtube is also not visible.

What’s set up:
– Complianz – the placeholder is turn on in the integrations (both youtube and spotify),
– I can see the path to placeholder image in the source code (https://nemocnenibezmoc.cz/wp-content/plugins/complianz-gdpr/assets/images/placeholders/spotify-minimal.jpg) – but no text here here (like “agree with marketing cookies to see this video”)
– Comlianz cookie blocker is enabled in wizard.

I know your plugin is causing that because after deactivation the placeholder appears.
Can you see some problem why this is not working?

Just wanted to let you know that the latest release of the Schema plugin, version 1.7.9.4, interferes with the Meks Audio Player 1.2. https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/schema/ Like the Schema plugin, the Meks plugin also grabs audio objects, in its case to add them to a footer for playing. The Schema plugin now prevents the audio from loading, or, in some cases from even being pulled from the page by the plugin. To solve this problem, go into the Schema plugin to the Schemas tab, and uncheck “enable” after AudioObject. I am also reporting this in the support forum for the other plugin.

Hi, I just discovered your player, and I found it fantastic, I immediately installed it on 3 of the sites that I manage. They all use the SSP plugin for podcasting and it was disable the SSP html player and add a block with yours and that’s it, the audios work perfectly and the statistics are recorded without problem.

However, when you start the audio a strange line appears on the player, and when you click it again it disappears, I send you this little video where I recorded the problem in all 3 sites. I am doing something wrong? Does this have a solution with some code?

Look, I really love this plugin… but it’s loading css and scripts EVERYWHERE even on pages without audio. Is there a way to load it only on pages where there’s actually audio?

And also in iPad and iPhone (didn’t test Android yet), the play button doesn’t work. I know the music takes some time to load when in mobile (desktop it’s immediate), but nothing seems to happen.

I like this simple looking plugin, the plugin really working. But I felt two serious feature missed. I would like to use shortcode like [meks url=”.mp3 or radio streaming url” name=”Radio Name or Song Title”]

And, if possible work on the design also. Play button stayed at the very left which is look ugly. Please consider a visual improvement. Thanks

I’ve run into a slight hitch when using the player on mobile with the Spotify audio block. On IOS the block seems to get cut off requiring the user to scroll be able to play content. I’ve tried increasing the player height overall but that seems to have no effect. Any advice for a work around?
