I’m using the latest version (2.2.3) of Member Mouse and this add-on for member mouse plugin.

News Users are unable to get access the assigned course.

Member Mouse – 2 Users have paid for the course and have access to the Bundle.

While Going to WP Course – Member Mouse and selecting the Course to give permission retroactively, I see the following message

“No existing customers found for the specified level/bundle.”

When there’s 2 customers who have access.

I just updated to the latest version.

All the access that was set before the upgrade was wiped out.

Reproduce :

GO to Trainings > Member Mouse.
Check the Users with this level or bundle can access: ( it was reset ).

Now, I have to manually create permission again.

Do not waste your time or money on this plugin. They are just a bunch of scam artists who want to charge you monthly based on the number of students you have. I could understand a one-time fee, but to charge you every month is ridiculous… They charge $19.95/month for 1,000 students, all the way up to $599/month for unlimited students. What if students only pay once for the course? Why should I have to pay MemberMouse every month when my students only paid me once?

Truthfully, if you’re looking for the ability to charge students for your courses, forget MemberMouse. You can d that absolutely free with Easy Digital Downloads for WP. With this plugin, you can assign pricing for your courses, use PayPal to process the purchases and not have to pay some scam artist a damn thing!

It seems that Membermouse accounts that exist before a course is created, when given rights to a WP-Courseware integrated course via a MM Bundle, will not actually get the rights the bundle should grant. However, if the course exists first, then you create a new MM member, apply the bundle that grants course rights, the newly created user will inherit rights to the course and can see it.

Additionally, if you have activated this integration plugin, and then have a course where access is restricted via the integration and MM access rights – you won’t be able to undo the rights restriction on the course even if you deactivate the integration plugin.

If you must use WP-Courseware with Membermouse, my suggestino would be to NOT use this integration plugin at all – don’t ever activate it. Then, use Membermouse’s page and/or post restrictions to completely hide the wp-courseware course; grant access to the page and/or posts thru MM only.
