Thanks, JetPack and a few other plugins were fighting for space at the top of my admin menu. This put them back in their place, so to speak. Works great. Thank you!

I’ve used this plugin for ages and install on every site I build. It worked then and works now and does just what it says it will do. Keeping Jetpack, Yoast SEO/Analytics, and others at bay makes using the admin menu so much more pleasant ??

This plugin is great for User Experience within WordPress!

There was a time, not so long ago, when the dashbdoard of my favorite CMS was tainted and afflicted by the numerous pretentious plugins which considered their content to be so special that I would desire them to take precedence over my actual content. It may be that the developers of these plugins were all just a little over-zealous in their feeble attempts to remind us of their existence or perhaps their mothers simply filled them with an inflated sense of self worth. I’ll never know.
But thankfully, those days are now behind us as we have been blessed with a plugin which gracefully brings order and fairness back to the wp-admin
. Since I’ve started using it, my administrative experience has been indescribably better. I’ve also started charging more for my services and found my missing slipper.
Thanks Menu Humility!

A gloriously simple plugin that restores to default the menus of WP.
Search Engine plugins are notorious for trying to put themselves “first”, and the same could be said about some Analytics plugins.
Thank you for returning the norm.

I do love Yoast’s plugins, they are nothing short of fantastic. Except for when he puts a settings menu item above content menu items like posts/pages/comments. He argued he will eventually have an analytics dashboard there (it doesn’t currently exist) and that his choice of placement is warranted. I respectfully disagree, especially since most of my content authors are most concerned with … wait for it … content! Not analytics.
Excellent plugin, Mark. You too, Joost … let’s just tone it down a bit so that Mark’s plugin is no longer needed.

Works in 4.0 and with Admin Menu Editor.
Was going to leave things as they were, but after the lack of humility and the sheer arrogance shown by Google Analytics by Yoast this will now become a default plugin
Thank you

This plugin does exactly what it says it does. And what it does is very important: put overly rude plugins back at their right place.

useful for muting the new (v5.0.5) version of Yoast’s Google Analytics for WordPress too

That was lovely, just lovely.
And made me think much nicer of Jetpack too.

Fun little plugin ?? Just tested with WP 3.9.2, works as expected.

a plugin that shouldn’t need to exist, but since it must… install it now!

… because the user comes first. Menu humility is about respecting the user. Respect, Mark!

It’s a joke, but it does make sense

and watching Jetpack drop to the bottom of the Dashboard menu made me smile ??

Very nice and sometimes much needed plugin, to put “Jetpack” and “All In One SEO Pack” v2.0+ or some other plugins down in the “penalty box”! ??
Thank you, Mark, for this simple yet awesome plugin!

Not much to say but a big thank you for this one and your Manual-Control anti-“Jetpack highjacking” plugins.

Mark, you are a hero. Thanks for bringing the universe back into order. A little step for a plugin, a huge improvement for the WordPress UI.
