Hello! I’m having an issue with Menu Images not working. After working for years, it just randomly stopped working a day ago and will not start working again. The plugin needed to be updated, which I did, and I’ve confirmed everything is set up properly in the Appearance>Menu sections. I’ve deactivated and reactivated the plugin, and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

]]>Hello,
Is it somehow possible to set menu item (graphics menu item ofc) to be visible on mobile devices?
On the website there’s European Union logo on the far right (as the last menu item). I want the logo to stay visible on phones (for the instance). I don’t want the logo to be included on drop down list but as the constant element (like company logo).
Thanks a lot for soonest answer and help.

It’s getting very tiresome to have notifications like “Hey! How do you like?Menu Image?so far? Test all our awesome premium features with a 7-day free trial. No commitment for 7 days – cancel anytime!” showing up in my dashboard constantly. I click on the dismiss button, but they only stay dismissed on that specific page. As soon as I click to any other admin page they’re right back in place. They do NOT make me want to sign up for anything. The more pestering a notice like this is, the more it will have the opposite effect you’re going for.
The issue was closed as you didn’t consider it a support issue. It should be a support issue, because I find this so frustrating I’m about to find a different solution. When you have a close box, and it doesn’t work, that’s a bug. Indifference to users like this does send the wrong message. I’m not likely to upgrade when I’m accosted like this from the beginning. Everytime I have to close those boxes, I’m hating your program more and more.

]]>Hi, I am reporting that I had some problems with the WP environment upgrade which caused the menu set as secondary menu to disappear. In detail, I upgraded the WP environment from version 6.3.2 to version 6.5.3. There was no update for the Menu Image plugin as it was already at the last available version 3.11. Once the updates were done, the menu had disappeared to the frontend and in the backend the menu was present but without any menu item.
Error log did not report any indication of this. I assume that the relationships between menu items and the secondary menu had been lost.
To fix the problem I had to restore a backup, deactivate the Menu Image plugin, run the updates and reactivate the Menu Image plugin: the updates were successful and the menu is visible.
Are you experiencing this problem?
Are there plans to update the plugin to work with the latest version of WordPress 6.5.x ? This was released in April 2024.
Plugin indicates Compatible up to: 6.4.4
WordPress Add Plugins indicates Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.

Are there any settings I can check to make the image size of an svg match the font awesome sizes? ]]>Hello, the icons for the Dashicons are displaying correctly, but I am trying to use the FontAwesome ones to display a TikTok icon, and it is not rendering.
I have the Font Awesome plugin installed and set to SVG technology. I also tried the pseudo setting but that didn’t seem to help.
Any suggestions?

Hello, I am using your plugin for my menu on a Divi template. My site is currently under construction, and I can provide access if you wish to take a look. While everything is fine on the desktop, this is not the case at all for tablet and mobile displays. On these devices, my menu has disproportionately large images and, more importantly, it gets stuck on the first two links without the possibility to scroll down further. Could you please suggest a solution? Do we need to apply additional CSS to correct this, as it was indicated to be functional for these two versions? Best regards.
Hi,
After updating Max Mega Menu (3.3.1 from 3.3) and Image Menu (3.11 from 3.10), images are missing, code is not performed anymore (no images in source code).
I tried to clear cache, delete cache files, downgrade plugins, there is no way to make images appear again…
Images are still there and appear with Divi menu, but not with Max Mega Menu (nor grid or classic presentation)…
Building on new site with same plugins, Image Menu and Max Mega Menu work fine.
Any idea of what could have happened ? I think the problem happened during upgrading plugins. I was able to reproduced the same bug twice.
Any way to resolve it ?
Thanks
]]>Hello,
I am trying to add social media icons to my menu with a FontAwesome icon. It now shows up as a circle with a question/exclamation mark showing after eachother.
I changed the FontAwesome plugin to svg.
Also when I want to add a menu image to the menu item, when I click on one of the FontAwesome icons, it changes in the same circle with question/exclamation mark..
What is going on and how can I fix this?
i have three menu image sub menus on this test site (Property Search, Services and About).
If i click “Services, then About, the about submenu overlays the services sub menu – when really the services menu should close. How should I achieve this? Thanks

]]>There is a problem when I use this plugin.
Icons are a bit higher than the menu titles on the desktop version site.
The problem is worse on the mobile version site. Icons overlap the menu titles.
I found the problem could be solved if I chose another theme to build this blog.
However, I prefer to use Ashe Theme to build this blog.
How can I fix this problem?

Hi there, the plugin works really well, but on mobile the menu items are shown horizontally (and really packed together) instead of vertically. I’ve tested all plugins and unfortunately, it’s this one. Any way to fix this?

]]>Hi! I just added a menu icon to my navigation bar that links out to my linked in profile. I can’t figure out how to make the link open in a new window. I set up the menu icon via Appearance>Menu in WordPress. When I go to add the link and add an image, I don’t see any settings on how to open the link in a new tab. I also tried adding html code jto the URL field just to see but that didn’t work.
I appreciate your help!

]]>Hi!
