For some reason the “Custom Page Menu” option in my theme wasnt working, I had done everything and almost had given up, until I came across this plugin.
I tried to use other plugins that promised to to the same thing but they didnt work.
This plugin was easy to use and did exactly what I needed it to do.
Thank you so much.

Thank you so much for this plugin! It saved the day after I tried a number of similar plugins. Excellent and easy to use. I’m using it on WP 4.8 with multiple menus and it does exactly what I need it to do. Please keep it alive and compatible for future WP releases… because it’s the only plugin of its kind that actually works! Thanks!

I have been searching for a very simple plugin that is easy to follow and allows me to change the top menu for specific pages. This plugin does just that and it didn’t take me a day to figure out how to use it! So simple and works perfectly!!!

Been searching for days for the ability to add menus specific to certain sections of our city portal sites for Mexico. We are using a new theme that did not have this ability and the developers were of no help. Despite all the work we had already done we were ready to give up on the theme and search for another theme, until we discovered this plugin.
Works like a charm and has saved all the site work we had done. Thank you! Thank you!
Although we love WordPress, one of the most boring factors is having the exact same menu on every page of your site. Makes no sense. Custom menus should be in the core.

Allows you to have custom menus on different pages. Worked really well on a website I was setting up and totally recommend it.

Great plugin. I had a theme that was partly a onepage website but also had some pages by it self. When going to one of those pages it would go to the section. This plugin fixed that. Thanks!

This plugin worked great at first and then I thought it broke. However, the issue was a setting for my custom post types, which were set to ‘has_archive => true’ in functions.php. Here is the working setup:
To have the plugin work for custom post types, follow the instructions on this page: https://sevenspark.com/tutorials/menu-swapper-custom-post-types or just do a search for “menu swapper and custom post types” and it should be the first link in the search results.
In functions.php, set custom post types to ‘has_archive => false,’ and then select the ‘archive-my_custom_post_type.php’ archive page template in the Dashboard edit page for the specific page/post. This works on individual WP pages, which I use as the landing pages for all custom post types.
If you need to apply the custom fields Names and Values this plugin creates to multiple posts in bulk, use the Custom Field Bulk Editor plugin. Simply copy the Names and Values created by Menu Swapper in the bulk edit screen for each post type provided by the Custom Field Bulk Editor plugin. Click Save and the menus are applied to all pages!
This is the only combination that works with BuddyBoss Parent/Social Learner Child theme. The parent/child theme comes with a single top header menu, and uses a custom Walker class for the wp_nav_menu in header.php. No easy workaround to hard-code conditional top navigation menus based on custom post types. The above combo is a great time saver.
Thanks!

Needed to display different rollover button sets on separate pages.
Quick to set up and add custom menus.
Menu Swapper performs flawlessly!
Very impressed how much work this saves.
Thank you.

It had worked for some time but then Homepage suddenly changed its menu the wrong way and I was unable to get it back using the plugin’s functionality.
In fact, the only flaw is it has to process Homepage more intelligently as long as when I use a full link to the page that is marked as Homepage, it works fine, but website root (the very same pag ) shows a different menu. What a pity!
I tested four plugins today. This one is the third.
The ONLY one that has finally done the job (Oh Glory, how happy I am! ??
is Conditional Menus at Themify. It’s such a pity those guys didn’t publish it here.
Happy coding everybody!

I’ve just had a frustrating night trying to get a WordPress install that will show different menus on different pages. Tried 5 plugins. This one is the only plugin that works.
Themify’s Conditional Menus is great–if your WordPress uses the list of blog entries as your home page. If it doesn’t, then the menu you assign to your home page will also appear on your blog page, because the developer assumed the blog page would always be the home page.
None of the other 3 worked at all.
This plugin? Worked a treat in 2 minutes. I wish I had tried it first!

Useful plugin, but it is pity that it not works with products in WooCommerce.
And screenshots would be very handy (I think they are easy to make).

If it can be used in the category is better. So each category can show different menu. Can even be applied to tags, authors and other archives. It’s just like in the menu to achieve the bread crumbs navigation, simple and clear.
