Is it possible to extend the plugin to restrict the types of credit cards accepted? For example, if we only accept Visa and MasterCard, it would be great to configure that in the settings.

We have used this plugin on our website. We had an experience for session expired and though its captured credit card info and order was placed.

How do we overcome with this issue. Please do the needful

email does not automatically send the email to me so that I know there is a new order. But when I complete the order, it does. Also is there a way to make the order complete when they order if its virtual or nothing to mail?
