When on a mobile device the text “Get notified about Updates via Facebook Messenger” is on the order confirmation page but there’s no link or check box. It works great from a desktop computer. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Upcoming breaking changes: Beginning February 19, 2018, the following changes will go into effect. We recommend integrating these changes as soon as possible:
Send API requests that use user_ref from the checkbox plugin to identify the message recipient will no longer trigger delivery of message_reads, message_deliveries, or message_echoes events to your webhook.
For message sends that use user_ref from the checkbox plugin to identify the message recipient, the Send API will no longer include the recipient_id property in the API response. The user’s PSID will still be available in webhook events triggered once the user responds to your message.

Hi. I’d love to see this working on my site but I don’t think it’s possible anymore. The fb app submission has gotten far more complex. You need to provide a screencast of your app working and how it interacts with people through automated messenger messages. If I can’t get it to work, how can I provide a screencast!? Am I right in thinking this plugin isn’t usable to any new folk?

I’ve just installed it and I’m setting it up a facebook app.
I’ve entered the callback url as: https://www.MYDOMAIN.com/mbot-callback-webhook/
and then added a string to the ‘verify token’ field as: my_voice_is_my_password_verify_me
(I’m guessing this string can be anything?
When I hit ‘verify and save’, I get a red ‘x’ and a note that reads, “URL couldn’t be validated’.
I searched the FAQs and followed the step to re-save permalinks in my WP settings.
In the Woocommerce settings under ‘Messenger Bot’ > ‘API SETTINGS’, I’ve left Page ID, Messenger app ID, and Page Token blank but entered the same string as above for the ‘verify token’ field.
Not sure what I’m doing wrong.

We have site as per client requirement it is fitting your Messengerbot for WooCommerce plugin. But we have to check whether it is compatible following version of wp version Version 4.3.1 and woocommerce version Version 2.4.7. Kindly let us know asap. Because the current these versions cannot be updated due to some other plugins we used is not compatible with latest versions.

I have an issue with no check box showing regardless of logged in or out status on facebook.
I have deleted the plugin and reinstalled the plugin and that has not fixed the issue. App is approved and public.
The plugin was working just fine when it was first setup but now I just see:
Contact Options
Receive updates in Messenger
NO TICK BOX, etc.
Also in the settings it lists domains that should no longer be whitelisted, how do I get rid of these?

I have the site in the wp-engine hosting. Wp-engine using cache system.
When I try to add webhook in the facebook developers area, I get an error.
“Response does not match challenge, expected value=”1565394482″, received=”\n\u003C!DOCTYPE html>\n\u003Cht…”
I think it’s maybe the cache issue because when I testing it in the staging version it’s working well. (staging site haven’t cache system)
Can u help me? I created a support ticket in the wp-engine, but they said what I need send them cookie name for excluding from cache system.
Which cookie uses the plugins?

]]>Great plugin, and works perfectly all but one issue: When order status is changed to Processing the message that is sent is from NEW ORDER (Not Processing). I have tested and tested again with a few test orders and gives the same results all the time.

]]>Hey just installed the plugin and set it up in fb, etc. I just made my first test order to see how it works, I got to the order confirmation page of my site and there is a link there to get updates through messenger however it doesn’t actually link anywhere, is there something obvious that I have done wrong?
