Universal is sunset since 2023. GA4 is the new default. Will the plugin support GA4?
]]>Hi, could you think about integrating the function to view all page views of each post?
Currently you can see the views of “today” “yesterday” or other …
But it is not possible to see the total views, from day of publication to today’s day.
It is a function that is very useful for those who publish posts that make visits only in the first days of publication. Each time I have to add the visits of today, with the visits of the last 7 days, to get the total number of visits on the page.
I hope you take my advice.
Thanks for your work!
Hi, is this plugin the successor to the “GAinWP Google Analytics Integration for WordPress” plugin?
It is very very similar.
I used GAinWP for a long time, then I deactivated it because it has not been updated for more than a year.
I await an answer.
Thanks
This plugin’s slug is metrics-query, but the current Text Domain is google-analytics-board. Change this plugin’s Text Domain so it is equal to your slug and modify the text domain in all your source files. This change is needed because your “Requires at least” is below 4.6. (see https://developer.www.ads-software.com/plugins/internationalization/how-to-internationalize-your-plugin/#text-domains)
This is very helpful for GlorPress locale projects.
Browsers are changing, and now they set the cookie to SameSite=Lax when Secure is not specified.
I would like to have the option to specifiy the cookie flags.
How to do it is explained here: https://www.simoahava.com/analytics/cookieflags-field-google-analytics/
I would like to set Secure and to choose between SameSite=None, SameSite=Lax and SameSite=Strict in the plug-in settings.
Thanks in advance.
]]>Is posible to insert the Google Analytics tracking code manually?.
I want to insert the code manually to set the RGPD.
I need the pluging not to insert it to be able to put it manually if it accepts the cookie

Deactivated Metrics Query plugin and website no longer has 500 error.
I love that you forked this from before the WP Beginner team took over GADWP and would love to see this plugin continue to work! Hoping the above info helps to fix.
Thanks!
Laura
This plugin is not compatible with Google Analytics 4, and all new GA properties now use this type of container. Are you going to update the plugin to be able to link to GA4 properties?
]]>Hello,
I’m getting an error message which is breaking my site with a 500 error.
The error is:
Call to undefined function is_plugin_active() in /wp-content/plugins/metrics-query/gadwp.php on line 273.
Can you help me with this error so I can use this plugin. I miss GADWP and I’m so glad to see this fork. I just want to be able to use it.
Is there a minimum version of WordPress or PHP for this plugin?
Thanks,
Joe
]]>I am looking for an email plugin which works with S2Member. What we want is the ability for members to email other members (a group) and those members get the email in their inbox, not a notification. Members could them respond to the email and the response would go to either the group or to the sender.
Does this plugin do that, and if not, is there a way to accomplish what I am looking for?

@yehudah We’ve been using Post SMTP and it is great! Glad to see you are expanding. I wish we saw this a couple days back because we just started with Actionable Google Analytics. But we would like to use your plugins in the future…
That being said, does this plugin support eCommerce conversion tracking (with conversion amount)?
Thanks!
]]>First of all, I want to say how much I appreciate that you’ve forked this. Exact Metrics RUINED Google Analytics Dashboard for WP.
I’d love to see your plugin succeed and have been replacing GADWP on all my sites with Metrics Query. I’m just a tiny bit concerned that there have been no updates for 5 months, esp. with 5.5 coming soon… With two versions, no updates in 5 months, and only 300+ active installs, on paper it doesn’t look like a plugin many people would want to choose.
I see on a support thread from 4+ months ago you said you had an update planned, but it appears to not have been released.
Looking forward to your response – cheers!
PS. Looking at the Exact Metrics GADWP reviews, there are a LOT of people unhappy with the changes, especially right after they released 6.0… might be something to tap into

Do you plan to support and develop it or you’ve just forked it so people can continue to use it?
