Hello, I have been using this plugin for about 6 months. In the past, I would get my page/post submitted to Google, indexed and shown in search results in atmost 12 hours.

But now, the plugin no longer works/notifies Google when I update or post because posts and pages take so long to get indexed [like 7 days], All setttings are fine and not showing any warning.

Bing and Yandex are working fine, When i check my logs I got this prompt message from google-webmaster which says “401 error Login Required.”

How do i fix this ? And ensure my website is being indexed by google.

I don’t understand how to request indexing of pages already created in a blog without updating them. Can someone help me?

Problem. The link of a custom post has a structure with custom taxonomies and is collected through the permalink plugin (that is, there is a separate field for the correct link), but when sending to the index, the link is indicated without taxonomies.
The problem is probably that the link is collected after the post is sent to the index.
How do I make a delay before sending a new post to the index? Or another solution to the problem, for example, a hook that will take a link from another field.

Проблема. Ссылка кастомного поста имеют структуру с кастомными таксономиями и собираются через плагин пермалинк (то есть для правильной ссылке есть отдельное поле), но при отправке в индекс ссылка указана без таксономий.
Вероятно проблема в том что ссылка собирается после того как пост отправляется в индекс.
Как сделать задержку перед отправкой нового поста в индекс? Или другое решение проблемы, например хух который будет брать ссылку из другого поля.

Hey, great plugin! If I want to use it on my multi site and network activate it, does it work automatically with index now via Bing? Or do I need to go to save the settings of each site?

While submitting for instant indexing, for Google, I am seeing this message “Permission denied. Failed to verify the URL ownership.” with error code 403. Bing and Yandex working fine.

So I created my Google JSON Key but do I paste the whole thing including the quotes from start to finish or do I negate the quotes?  Or do I paste in everything minus “—–BEGIN PRIVATE KEY—–\ and before \n—–END PRIVATE KEY—–\n”?  How can I tell it is working from your plugin?

For Bing API and Yandex API I don’t need to enter anything into the API Key fields just enable them, correct?  As long as I have the IndexNow tab enabled I am good to go, right?  I don’t have to enter in an API key in the Index Now box because it is auto generated correct?

Google – as ever – total nightmare and what I got into looked nothing like the example you kindly put up.

I am new to the plugin, trying to figure out how it works.

1. Is the submission done automatically or manually through this URL: https://api.indexnow.org/indexnow/?url=url-changed&key=your-key?
2. When setting up the plugin says ‘You only need to select one search engine because with the IndexNow protocol, the selected one will notify the others’. I am confused: Is Bing API and Yandex API eventually needed? Or the IndexNow API Key is enough?

В последнее время я искал причину замедления обновлений/публикаций постов на моём сайте и заметил, что уведомления в IndexNow уходят сразу при нажатии на “Опубликовать” или “Обновить”. Судя по логам плагина и моему тестированию (плагин включен или выключен), это длится порядка 3-х секунд, что не совсем позитивно действует на моих нетерпеливых авторов. Буду очень признателен, если появится возможность задерживать уведомления в IndexNow на определённый интервал времени, как это, например, возможно в плагине WP Telegram (Отправка публикаций / Задержка отправки). Один похожий запрос уже был здесь, я его залинковал. Но в моём случае необходима не “Задержка между уведомлениями для одного URL” (которую я тоже использую), а задержка уже перед первым уведомлением, чтобы моим авторам в момент публикации/обновления не приходилось ждать, пока все уведомления уйдут в IndexNow.

Is indexnow plugin work for subdomains urls of a site as well?

I have a website in 2 languages (WPML plugin). When I publish a page in the main language, it is sent for indexing normally, but when I publish a page in an additional language, an error occurs with the link that is sent for indexing. The link should be https://delay-krasivo.com.ua/uk/remont-kvartyr-boryspil/, but instead the following link is sent for indexing https://delay-krasivo.com.ua/remont-kvartyr-boryspil/

Hi this may appear a stupid question. I have done all that is required to obtain a google api number. I cannot find at section in google that supplies the json coding required here “Paste the Service Account JSON key file contents you obtained from Google API Console in the field.” Your advice is appreciated

I use Shifter to deploy my site to static files, but still want to take advantage of the IndexNow APIs. Do you foresee adding support for this use case? The problem is that the WordPress server only runs in development and does not have the same URL as the production site.

The first tab is General tab, the third tab we have to put API from Bing, on the fourth tab we have to put JSON from Google.

Can you please explain in detail what we have to do in 2nd tab – INDEXNOW tab? Here there is an API automatically and several search engine names are given. So what do we have to do in this tab?
