It is not possible to save settings within the plug-in. This will keep the plug-in from being considered usable. This problem was reported more than a year ago.

Anyone else reading this should consider this as abandoned code and avoid until an update is made to correct the issues.

Using this plugin, when I change any settings on the plugin options page, and hit Save, nothing happens – the changes don’t get saved…

I tried to activate the plugin and received a message that it caused a fatal error. I uninstalled and deleted the plugin.

I appreciate you giving credit to the original authors, but putting them in the Authors field in readme.txt is not the right way to do it. It gives the impression that we endorse it.

A more appropriate way of giving credit would be to write something like this in the description:
