Dear WebFactory team,
Thank you for your wonderful plugin. I much appreciate it.
I have two accessibility related issues to report.
With all the legislation in the US and now also the European Accessibility Act (EAA) being enforced in June 2025, these things are super important.
With a smile from Germany,
Anne
PS On my site I have overridden your CSS so font-sizes are in rem. But I’m not sure if everyone knows how to do that. Having it in the basic settings would be great. And even better, if you would give a px value choice, but would output the CSS in rem. That way, less technical savvy users can’t go wrong.
]]>Hello,
I bought the paid pro version of the Minimal Coming Soon – Coming Soon Page plugin, and it created a favicon issue that has persisted for weeks despite many attempts at correcting the issue.
When I activated the “coming soon mode”, the plugin decided to use its own favicon as my website’s favicon. Google then indexed this favicon and it seems there is no way to remove it now, or to have Google reindex it. To be clear: Web browsers will display my own favicon correctly, but Google search results wont, no matter what I try. In a way, the “coming soon” favicon seems to override mine when search engines attempt to determine what favicon to use for indexing.
I have tried, to no avail:
I understand the issue lies both with Google and with Minimal Coming Soon – Coming Soon Page, but Minimal Coming Soon – Coming Soon Page should probably not attempt to use its own favicon in any fashion on its customers’s website to begin with. Whatever the plugin’s strategy for replacing the favicon was, it seems that this replacement is more permanent than it should be, and very hard to override or to deactivate.
What can be done to fix this problem, and to have my own favicon set up in a way that it will prevail over all previous favicons, including that of the Minimal Coming Soon – Coming Soon Page plugin, in such a way that my favicon (and not someone else’s) will be indexed correctly by search engines?
Thank you in advance,

]]>Hello.
I’m using pure custom HTML for my coming soon page.
I’m trying to embed a Google Map iframe into the custom HTML editor. The editor accepts and saves the embed code (the iframe is still visible in the editor after saving) but the embed code itself is stripped on page load in the browser. No errors – just code is stripped.
I tried an iframe plugin which allows for [iframe src=……] but that didn’t work either.
Any idea how to resolve? Thanks.

The content of the admin pages is not shown after activating a user made theme in the plugin. Also the preview link for the maintenance site doesn’t work.

]]>Hi there
Ok, we have encountered a very serious issue while/after testing the plugin. Long story short, the www subdomain and ONLY the www subdomain (www.centurytrailers.com.au) are showing the maintenance page, for a few days we have tried to test out everything, reconfigure the DNS, remove CDN, clean up the cache, and strangely the www subdomain is just stuck there, we are running out of options except to roll back the website to before using this plugin, just before we doing it, I think maybe a good idea to see if there is any advice or assistance can help us to solve this strange problem, please? Thanks!
also, I want to add, that it is even more strange, that the www stuck only happened on Windows and Android, but the site is showing normally on IOS. We have also tried to remove the plugin and turn off other plugins, but nothing has helped so far.

an urgent question.
When a user registers on the newsletter form,
Will only the registered user automatically be able to see the website?
Without having access keys right?
Thank you.

Hi there,
I have a serious issue between your very good plugin and Elementor site builder right now. When your plugin is active, Elementor will return me this error page when I try to edit pages and posts:
and suddenly, when I deactivate Minimal Coming soon, everything is ok and I can edit posts and page normally!
I tried also to deactivate all security plugins on my site with yours active, and the error message still appeared every time and at every attempt to edit my pages.
Before to deactivate your plugin, I tried all the tasks recommended by Elementor guide in order to fix this error, and nothing worked until I deactivated your plugin. I’m so sorry about it, your plugin is so good!
What could be the cause of this problem? I don’t know what to do in order to use your plugin and Elementor at the same time!
Thanks in advance
Valentina

Hello,
I have installed your “Minimal Coming Soon” plugin on my website called “himalayan-eshop.com” and after using your plugin, the title of my website in the search engine results has changed to “Boutique Zen Himalayan-eshop is coming soon”. Can you tell me when my title will return to normal?
Best regards.
]]>Hi Minimal Coming Soon Support Team,
I had a quick question about the plugin settings. I have Montserrat font selected in the “Design” page section of the Coming Soon Plugin.
When I initially load the page it shows the correct font. Then after a couple seconds it switches to “Times New Roman” (or something similar). Then after another second it switches back again to the selected font “Montserrrat”. I’ve also set body tag and p tags to Montserrat in custom css (advanced page). After setting custom CSS and font settings, it’s still changing to “Times New Roman” every time the page initially loads on a clear cache or incognito window. Is there a workaround to ensure the page loads the selected font and doesn’t switch?
If login is needed on the site, it’s below.

I am trying to write a process to interact with a WordPress instance using the WP-CLI. Part of the process is to switch the site to maintenance mode (using this plugin, not the built-in WordPress one) and back again, however, after searching for the commands to do so, I came up with nothing.
I can see that the change log (found here: https://comingsoonwp.com/old-changelog.txt) mentions adding WP-CLI support under the entry for version 1.30. I realise this is a fairly old version (2017-06-20), but I was wondering if there are still commands I can use to write this process.
Thanks
