port 44389/TCP is not an encrypted port. We need to be sure that the authentication traffic is encrypted end to end.
Can you please confirm?

]]>I’m trying to setup the configuration of the ldap/ad login for cloud. I think I have done it all correctly but I keep getting the error “We are not able to connect LDAP server”.
My site is on an ubuntu server in azure. When I run a tcpdump I can see that there is no traffic on port 636 or 389 and no traffic to the ip address of the ldap server.
I think there maybe something wrong with the php curl setup?
Can you help?
Thanks,
Bailey

]]>Hi!
I must commend your effort on this plugin, it’s very handy. However, I am using it on a Multi-Site WordPress site (https://agr.lmu.edu.ng) and I have been able to configure and use it on the main site. Unfortunately, I am unable to login with LDAP on all my Sub-sites.
What am I doing wrong? Kindly help look into this.
Thanks

]]>Hello,
we just want to register within the “Register with miniOrange” screen. But the page does not respond until we get the browser message “Request Error couldnt connect to host”. So no registration is possible.
Do you have any idea, what could be wrong? Our idea was, that our network itself could be the problem, because we are using a proxy server. WordPress itself works fine with that, since we added two lines of code in wp-config.
Does the miniorange plugin need extra proxy settings? Or is it another problem?
By the way: The same problem appears when using the support window in the configuration backend of the plugin.
Many thanks,
Christian Berger
