I have currently created two sliders. Of course they have a different shortcode. Both sliders are integrated on one page. However, only one of the two sliders loads at a time. As soon as I refresh the page, the second slider loads and the first no longer loads. When I refresh the page again, it is the other way around. Is there a solution to this?
If there is a possibility, I could upload a video about it. The page in question is as follows: https://fatihk5.sg-host.com/streetwear/
I’m trying to add a slideshow to a post (WordPress – MetaSlider V3.93.0 Plugin) and it shows up fine in the preview, but disappears when I publish the post. It should look like this one, which was published before the WP 6.7 update:?https://www.canadianfamily.net/home-holidays-2024-canadian-gift-guide/?
The new post shows up as above, but without the new slideshow. I’ve done the standard cache clearing. WP believes it’s a problem on your end.
Is there an ETA for an update? We have brand obligations to fulfill, so I’m trying to determine our next steps. Otherwise, our trial of MetaSlider has gone well and I’d prefer to keep it.
Thank you!

Hi,
Please take a look at this error message. For the moment I have deactivated MetaSlider and some plugins.
Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the wordpress-seo domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /var/www/clients/client0/web4/web/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114
Thanks in advance

]]>As you are now focusing all your development efforts on FlexSlider I am looking at switching to use this moving forward. All slideshows to date have been NivoSliders.
The page listed has a NivoSlider at the top. I then duplicated this slideshow and changed nothing else other than to make it a FlexSlider. You can see the result as the second show on the page.
What options or settings do I need to change in the FlexSlider show to get it to display properly like the NivoSlider?
Note that if there is only the FlexSlider on the page, it still displays improperly (I wondered if there might be a conflict with two sliders on a page, but apparently not).

Hi, I try to add slider in content.php file with this code:
<?php echo do_shortcode( '[metaslider id="7"]' ); ?>
It does display the slider, but the template also displays the image of the first slide for every post in the template. I.e., at frontend you can see two images for each post, one from the slider, and the other one is from the post. I guess the template wrongly considers slider image is one of post image.

Olá!
Tenho um slide criado com cinco imagens, mas está aparecendo apenas uma, ou seja, o modo aleatório e o loop contínuo n?o está funcionando.
Desde já espero uma solu??o.
]]>Clicking on ‘MetaSlider’ in left admin column takes 45 seconds to load to the main screen.
Preview images of existing sliders then either do not load or continually ‘flash’ and refresh.
Editing an existing slider takes 45 seconds to open. Takes 45 seconds to exit edit mode.
Sliders are no longer listed in date order; clicking from the first page of sliders to the last takes 45 seconds to load. Selecting a random page of sliders takes 45 secs from entering page number.
Two sliders were created after the update to 3.92.0, the post in the ‘help with page’ above and the slider on this post: https://www.henleyherald.com/2024/10/22/titchener-makes-the-difference-as-hawks-overcome-oaks-in-close-contest/ As you can see, both sliders are “broken”.
The slider on this post was created the day before the update and is fine: https://www.henleyherald.com/2024/10/16/henley-tennis-club-hosts-thrilling-annual-club-championships-finals-day/
Rolling back to 3.91.0 fixes the loading time problems (but not the issues with the two sliders created by 3.92.0). I am leaving the two latest sliders as they are so you can hopefully find out what’s wrong.

Greetings!
We have a right-to-left website with a Meta Slider as the main banner on our home page.
In mobile view, swiping left or right with the finger causes the slider to slide in the reverse direction.
When clicking the arrows on both sides, the direction is correct.
I’d appreciate your assistance to resolve this.
Thanks,
Tom
I am using the latest version of the Metslider plugin (3.92.0). For some time now, neither the dots or the arrows are showing in slideshows on the website when viewed on a laptop. I have selected the proper options (arrows are “visible” and dots are selected for “navigation”). Strangely, though, both arrow and dots show perfectly when viewing the site on my mobile.
]]>I’m editing a page in WordPress. I choose to add an element, that being a MetaSlider. I click on that, and that brings up MetaSlider dialog wherein I can –Select a Slideshow–. When I drop down the list, there’s one choice that says “New Slideshow (#287)”. Making that choice appears to work, and it puts a slideshow on the page.
If I navigate to MetaSlider-Home on the WordPress Menu, I see a single slideshow there. It’s called “Dogs”, and its short code shows as [metaslider id=”303″]. So, the issue is that when I add a slideshow to a page, the only one I can add appears to be one that’s no longer listed in the MetaSlider plugin. When I go to MetaSlider home, I can’t find the slideshow that I can successfully load into a page.
The slideshow I can add (the one that says #287) is one that I had created a bit earlier, and then deleted. Well, it seemed like it was deleted, but perhaps not actually.
Something is out of sync here, and I don’t know how to fix it. It did not help to deactivate/remove MetaSlider, and then reinstall/activate it. After doing that, it was just like before, even down to the very same slide show ids appearing as described above.
]]>I created a new slideshow. I would like to have the caption above the image, not below it. I hope this is possible?
Many thanks.

I remind you of the problem: since the last updates, I can no longer integrate new sliders. On the one hand, when I arrive in the interface, I see slides that are 3-4 years old. Furthermore, when I integrate a new one after saving, everything seems correct, except that I do not see it scroll on the home page. I am attaching again a screenshot of what I see, as you asked me
]]>After inserting a few slides to a page, I couldn’t understand why it didn’t auto know the width of the window following the text above and below. It auto made the slider 900px. But the landscape images showed with unattractive thin black lines and an edge of the following image. This is surely poor. I had to manually trial run various widths and depths to get it to fit. It was 1000px wide that solved the problem. Why it didn’t know this, when any simple image inserter would auto place the image to right size on width, I don’t know. Anyway it’s solved.

]]>Hello. When loading a certain Metaslider slideshow my browser throws a 500 error. It looks like it isn’t loading the Javascript. Confusingly, another Metaslider slideshow on the same page works just fine.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin but get the same problem. This same problem manifests when trying to preview the slideshow on an unpublished WordPress page:
and actually causes *published* pages to fail completely:
I can’t see any meaningful difference between the slideshows that work and the ones that don’t.
How do I get the Javascript to load?
I am trying to increase Number of carousel items that should move when clicking the next or previous arrows. I tried this but it doesn’t work:
var slider = $(‘.metaslider’).data(‘flexslider’);
if (slider) {
slider.vars.move = 3;
}
If I don’t include the Image Link URL, the code [href=“#”] is included, so when I click on the arrow, it takes me to the top of the page.
How can I prevent [href=“#”] from being included?
