sorry for the bad review but it failed completely thought it sounded promising:
– backend text unreadable (must have been a CSS conflict)
– preview not working
– added an unwanted “feedback” label on right of the screen (which doesn’t even open)
– modals no working, not even the button is appearing (must be a conflict with the above label or jquery).
Luckily I haven’t tested on my main site. This was my experience, sorry ??

Relatively easy to deploy but it would be good if it allowed the setting of a cookie so it didn’t keep appearing on every page – only once, when one lands on the site – or every third page visited etc.

The plugin is simple yet powerful. More than enough features in free edition. They need to change Tab name Update #1 to Add new when edit previously created popup. Because when we click on Update #1 thinking it will save/update current popup. However, it shows new popup page which resembles to bug or looks reset current like behavior. Finally, they have multiple triggers like click, auto, hover, exit and scrolled, which looks fantastic. These triggers are seldomly available in free edition of another popup builder.

it is unable to scroll. poor CSS implemented. I won’t waste my time with fixing the CSS but beware – if you have a larger modal, it WILL NOT scroll. you will just see the top part.

I started out with the free version then upgraded to Pro version for some advance feature and customization. The plugin provided exactly what I needed for my client website. It worked well with WordPress and Divi. I had a few issues when upgrading to the pro version and received the prompt support from the Wow team.

This plugin worked fine for several months then totally took a dump. Support suggested the issue was with WPBakery (widely used visual composer/editor) and their recourse was to shut down the composer. This was a pathetic solution that is not going to happen. Instead, I removed the plug-in and will go with another provider.
SO TIRED OF DEVELOPERS WHO LOSE INTEREST IN THEIR PRODUCTS.

This tool works great. I’m using the free version and it does what I need it to. The only thing I don’t like is it snaps to the top of the page to load a modal, instead of just loading where it is. I would definitely recommend it. For each of my modals I make two changes. I set the modal to show for all posts and all pages and in display I set “Click on Link (with id)”. Then I set whatever image or text I want to prompt the modal with a link like so eg. website.com/about/#wow-modal-id-2
This has worked well for me.
