I’m running Modula with default settings, Blocksy Pro theme and Elementor Pro. The sliders I create are darkened unless the mouse is hovering above them, there’s no setting for this. The images opened in Lightbox are greyed out and semi-transparent. Have a look and you’ll see.

Under General Settings: Image Size set to custom and block size set to “340” (tried “340px” too). Crop on and off. No difference. Thumbs are showing as around 200px in size. In my wordpress media settings, I have “medium” thumbs set to be 340, and even when I select Image Size in your plugin, It shows images around 200px. Do I have to buy the premium version for it to do what I set it to do? Not feeling too “spendy” about this when these are functions it says it will do. And yep, I clear my cache, both on server and client-side.

I activated it, but it happes only (open in Lightbox) when I am logged in. So please try, they don’t open.
I checked it in FireFox and Google Chrome (Microsoft).

On mobile, all of my photo galleries load as a white square and do not display the images appropriately. You can see them on the bottom thumbnail of the slide show, but they don’t display when initially launched. I am seeking some help with resolving this problem as I am a photographer but can’t show my images effectively.

]]>My image gallery is about 30k images. But in short, I only want to show 5-10 per gallery, so I wrote a batch process to get the images, update the meta-data within wordpress, and the gallery itself (modula). The image gallery is erroring out from time to time depending on the gallery I am rendering. I am assuming the array is failing at some point. Note from my POV: the only difference is gallery 1 vs gallery 2 are the image names.
E.G. Meta data from wp_postsmeta table

We have a WordPress site, on the latest edition of WP, and PHP 8.3, with the latest version of FREE Modula. This morning our site was down and showing the critical error message. I FTP’d in and appended the name of the Modula plugin folder, because it was the plugin that was most recently updated. That immediately brought the site back up. I made sure all of the other plugins were updated, then got rid of the appendage I made to the Modula folder name, and the site seemed fine for the next 15 mins that I was checking it. This afternoon, I was notified that the site was having a critical error again, and I re-appended the name of the folder the site came back up.

I have several galleries and since some recent updates, the thumbnails of each image do not appear. I can see there’s a blank space and when I click on it, the big image appears with the left/right arrows.
I use WP-Rocket with Lazyload unable and SMUSH (from WPMU) with lazyload disable.
I’ve emptied the WP-Rocket cache.
So, have you got an idea for this non appearing thumbnails please ?
Some pages show them but it’s very very slow

]]>A few months ago we added your module to the site to display a small logo gallery on our site (just above the footer, below the line “We’re Trusted by the Public Sector, Charities, Local Businesses and Global Brands”.
However, it has stopped working on the homepage despite working on others (see here for example of it working: https://www.purplemoonpromo.co.uk/blogs/ ) the only difference i can see from inspect is there is a missing class “modula-gallery-initialized” on the broken page which then applies the css ‘visibility:none’ however im not certain why this would be happening as both pages use the same widget.
Any help would be appreciated, many thanks.

Since yesterday Modulas galleries are not displaying on my website. When inspecting the page, I have a “Uncaught TypeError: this.$itemsCnt.modulaisotope is not a function”.
It is quite annoying as none of the galleries are displayed anymore on my travel blog page. Any ideas why ? With the last update ?

I am using the Divi Extra Theme and updated your Modula plugin. After the update, an error occurred, and my website went offline. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to capture a screenshot of the error.
To resolve the issue, I disabled the plugin through cPanel by renaming the theme directory to ......1, which successfully deactivated the plugin. I then reverted the directory name and attempted to activate the plugin again via the WordPress dashboard. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to reactivate the plugin.
I then renamed the directory again to ......1, reinstalled the plugin, and tried activating it once more in new plugin, but the activation failed again.
Please investigate the issue and help resolve it.
