I’ve installed the plug-in, set the API keys, and turned on the settings. However, when a visitor attempts to submit a comment, I only see part of the captcha interface,
“To complete this form, please complete the verification below.”
This text displays within a red box, but nothing else.
This is a custom WordPress theme, so I wondering if you are expecting something to be present (a function call of some sort) to get the full operation of the plug-in.
Please see https://dolanfuneralhome.com/donald-b-pick/ for an example of the behavior.
The client is anxious to have this functionality working as soon as possible (they had it working their Drupal version of the their previous website). Thanks.
Regards,
Elliot
I’ve updated to v. 2.2, but WP plugin update page says, “You have version 0.7.5 installed. Update to 2.2. View version 2.2 details. Compatibility with WordPress 3.8.1: 100% (1 “works” votes out of 1 total)”
]]>I installed mollom initially on 3.6 or so. While upgrading, I didn’t notice that it stopped working until now (3.8 version).
When I submit a comment with the mollom plugin activated, a WSOD (blank screen) is shown when not in debug mode.
This error is shown on a local test site (that might not have the correct key, since it is running locally):
Warning: include(): Filename cannot be empty in /[…]/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/mollom/includes/EntityComment.php on line 109 Warning: include(): Failed opening ” for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/local/zend/share/ZendFramework/library:/usr/local/zend/share/pear’) in /[…]/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/mollom/includes/EntityComment.php on line 109
I’m running php 5.4 on both the local machine and the webserver that has the error.
]]>When I comment by using words like viagra, a blank screen is displayed (no captcha).
Using normal comments, works fine.

Is WordPress 3.6 supported?
]]>I installed and configured your plugin on my site:
https://www.keptlight.com
However, one person reported that it did not display the word verification field. I tested and sure enough it is not displayed. I use Genesis and child theme Crystal. In the FAQ you indicate that there should be <?php comment_form(); ?> in the functions.php and that I should look at Twenty Twelve to see how it is done. I cannot find this code in the functions.php file of Twenty Twelve. Where and how this should be inserted?
Thank you,
Cemal
