I have tried reaching out through the paid support for this plugin and haven’t gotten any response and it has been two weeks.
Does anyone know how to reach the plugin Author?
Hello, I was testing this out before using it for a WooCommerce instance.
At Checkout when scanning the Venmo QR code with my phones camera it prompts to open the Venmo App and displays the account I set to pay and allowsd me to pay without issue.
However if I scan the QR code from the Venmo App directly I get a error popup that says “Unable To Scan – Try scanning from a business profile”. Please see screenshot. https://ibb.co/XX0TRXy .
Any thoughts on how to fix this or is it a bug in the plugin that will need to be fixed?
]]>Hello,
The Venmo scan link image is not displaying at the checkout page. This is the broken image address link: https://chart.googleapis.com/chart?cht=qr&chld=L|0&chs=150×150&chl=https%3A%2F%2Fvenmo.com%2Fnancyclairmontcarr%3Ftxn%3Dpay%26amp%3Bamount%3D14.99%26amp%3Bnote%3DOrder+from+www.nancyclairmontcarr.com
Please look into it and advise.
]]>The Venmo button is visible on desktop but seems to be missing on mobile, specifically on iOS devices where it isn’t functional.
]]>It appears the payment link will not open to the Venmo app on mobile. It says “This site is trying to open another application” and then you click Allow. Then it takes you to an about:blank page.
It opens the payment link fine on Desktop so it appears like an issue with the deep link for the ios app.

Thanks,

]]>I’m using the free version. When the customer completes the payment on venmo the order status on wooocommerce is set to On Hold. Do I have to purchase the pro version in order for the order status to be changed automatically after payment is complete?

Can I change this text on my wordpress admin?

]]>I see this message in my Dashboard related to your plugin version 4.1. Please advise.
I am using WooCommerce for Venmo Link and PayPal Gateway. The Venmo payments are not showing up in Orders or Customers.

]]>I’ve implemented this plugin and it appears to work as expected during a normal checkout process, but I’m trying to make a manual order and the Venmo total is $0.00, even though the total is calculated correctly in the WooCommerce area on the page.
Let me know if I can share a screenshot.
Thank you!
]]>Why will the upgrade nag not go away after Xing it, every time you refresh a page?
You are currently not using our Checkout with Venmo PRO plugin. Please upgrade for a better experience
Very frustrating and feels like it violates a plugin rule.
]]>I set up and tested this plugin on a store and it works great. However, the admin New Order email includes a message reminding the customer to send payment and a large image of the Venmo logo. Is it possible to include this in the Order On Hold email instead, so the customer sees it? The logo is also very large, is it possible to make it smaller?
]]>After enabling this plugin, I went to go pay an invoice that has been generated for me by WooCommerce. The invoice lists the total cost to be $25. However, when I select the pay by Venmo option, the send to amount is listed as $0. Why is the correct dollar amount not listed for the pay by Venmo option?
]]>When I enable this plugin, I get an error from the Postman plugin:
Postman: wp_mail has been declared by another plugin or theme, so you won’t be able to use Postman until the conflict is resolved.

Disabling this plugin clears the message. Please advise.
