After activating HPOS, the plugin incorrectly sends Abandoned Cart notifications to customers who have completed their purchases. I suspect this is because the plugin is still referencing the standard WP post tables to determine the status of orders. However, with HPOS active, order data is now stored in custom WordPress tables. It’s essential to address this compatibility issue; otherwise, the plugin loses its effectiveness
]]>Hello and thank you for this wonderful plugin! I wan to ask, is there an automated way to add a subscription form at woocommerce checkout page? Or i have to manually add it? Thank you
]]>Hi folks,
We’ve recently switched from mailchimp to moosend, and it’s largely been a good experience so far.
One thing we have found is it seems the moosend plugin claims it automatically adds folks to a new list on our moosend account:
“”””
Add Customers Automatically to Moosend
Every time one of your visitors purchases from your WooCommerce store, we automatically sync their name, email address, and details in a new list in your Moosend account. Therefore, you don’t have to worry about lengthy imports and following a specific sync routine.
“””
Checking on our account, it does indeed appear to do this.
However, in Australia, we need to ask for consent to add folks to mailing lists to comply with anti-spam laws. As such, this should not be automatic, there should be an opt-in checkbox at checkout (and we would love to control which list they go onto when they do opt-in).
I know this is going onto its own separate list we don’t have to send to this new list to avoid breaking the law, but we do want to give people the option to join our main email list at checkout which is what we used to have available to us with mailchimp – that would make this offering so much better – it is a great time for folks to join.
Can we please get a checkbox at checkout for woocommerce to opt-in to joining our list (and pick what list(s) the person gets added to on opt-in)?
Also, I believe the sync function should be optional otherwise we’ll end up with a bunch of people on a separate list, that we can’t email (but I presume we do have to pay you to ‘manage’ the contact?).
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and what we can do here!
Geoff
]]>Hi @moosend
Is it possible to add a signup form to my website using this plugin or at least an embed code?
]]>We’ve got this error almost EVERY second:
PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent in /www/wp-content/plugins/moosend-email-marketing/vendor/moosend/website-tracking/src/Cookie.php on line 8
It slows down our site.
Can you please fix this code?
Thanks
Hi,
the plugin functions are great, but what if the visitors doesn’t like to get tracked? According the GDPR we have to offer a choice.
If I use the tracking code manually like described here:
I’m able to disable tracking by “removing” this init action:
mootrack('init', '12A3B4C56D7890EF12345678GH901IJ2');
But how to do that while using the plugin?
Thanks
]]>Hello there,
I have installed the plugin, and did everything as says on the website but looks like there is no tracking information whatsoever collected so far?
What can be wrong in this case?

]]>How do I use a created subscription popup using moosend?
I already created it, changed the design and configured it to appear either when exit intent or after 7 seconds… but it doesn’t work in any of these two cases.
Help?
Thanks
]]>Good morning. I tried to install your plugin (current Moosend customer) and got the following.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/company/public_html/regroup/wp-content/plugins/moosend-email-marketing/vendor/react/promise/src/functions.php on line 15
Any ideas? Using latest WP install and latest Impreza theme.
