Unable to config plugin set up.

Installed the wordpress plugin, went to Settings > Mopinion Feedback Form and it said to select country and set password. After doing those things and clicking “Save Changes” I get this error:

Failed to create the resource (Unable to create deployment)

Any ideas why this is doing this or how to fix?

Is this plugin free or not? We got an email saying we’re using a 14 day trial even though in our mopinion dashboard we can see it’s the limited edition as it asks whether we want to upgrade. Please clarify
