I am looking for ways to collect feedback on my website using a feedback button. Testing all options including Mopinion’s WordPress Plugin. I needed a bit of time to find my way but it’s actually very nice to work with!
I’m especially a big fan of designing and dashboarding parts. It’s neat and works smoothly. It’s giving me great feedback results so far which are nicely to dig into and giving met the opportunity to improve my website and the experience of the visitors.
I just want to test a few other tools before I decide to get to the real thing with a license on the software. It clearly has more options… But, so fare so good!

The plugin page doesn’t say anything about needing to create an account to use this plugin, which by the way will expire after 1 year and the user will have to start paying to keep accessing feedback info. Also confusing interface. Had to go to their site to customize the plugin and I couldn’t figure out how to change anything about the form except when and how it showed up.
It’s not a terrible plugin, just not what I was looking for and I don’t like when these plugins present themselves as being free and don’t tell you about the price tag till you’ve already installed it.
Also I find it a little suspicious that it got eight 5 star reviews in one day and then never got another review.
