Plugin hasn’t been touched in over two years and after upgrading to the latest version of WordPress, the GUI acts flaky. Deleted my select options and doesn’t let you edit the select options after creating them.
I installed this plugin instead…

This looks like it has been abandoned!

I like the functionality, but some CSS of the inserted fields could be better (like the size of text fields), it lacks the documentation for newbies, links to support forum on developer’s site doesn’t work anymore.
Still I’ll be using it ??

This is a review of More Fields, More Types and More Taxonomies. Of the 5 CMS type plugins I have tested – the others are Magic Fields, Pods, Advanced Custom Fields and Types – More Fields is by far the least capable. This is not a bad plugin – what it does it does well but it cannot do things that the other 4 plugins do. Specifically it does not support multi-valued (repeated) fields and relationship fields. The upside to having the least capabilities is that More Fields is the easiest to use of the 5 CMS plugins I have tested. If you only need the very basic CMS features then More Fields will work for you however I think sooner or later you will find that you need the advanced features that the other plugins have.

The functionality is good, and it’s simple to use.
But buggy. Prevented boxes being toggled and menus being opened in the dashboard. Looking at the support pages it looks like this and similar problems have persisted for some people through several versions, so I couldn’t risk getting reliant on it.
