On the page where the accommodations in my facility are listed the book button appears for each room, but if I click it takes me to the page in the link that asks me for the dates again and does not take me to the booking form. What should I do? I would like the option to select dates to appear on the “rooms” page, then be directed to availability and finally, by clicking on book, to the actual reservation form. My theme is Astra and the client will purchase the pro version only after testing how lite works. Thank you!

On HOME PAGE and ACCOMMODATION page when opening the calendar for availability it gives directly option for 2025 and you can not choose check in / check out dates, respectively you can not see availabilty options and you can not make a reservation. What might be the reason?

When i try to book a room, notification email to admin is sent but not to client. On Client email setting i’ve uncheck the fist email notification “Email for new booking (admin approval)”. I ve set an external smtp to send email.

]]>I can’t create the global template for the individual accommodation pages using divi.
and as if you forgot to put “use the current” in the “accommodation type” field of the forms. On many modules it is already there, but on others that are essential for creating the accommodation page, it is missing, such as in the availability calendar module or in the module to proceed and confirm the booking date and people, which only allow you to enter an ID.

The calendar displays the currency incorrectly; it should be ‘z?’ everywhere, not ‘kz?.’ I have set it to ‘z?’ in the settings. I don’t know if it’s a plugin error or something else. Additionally, in the months of July and June, this issue is visible. Similarly, if the amount exceeds 800 z?, it shows as 0.9kz? or 1.2kz?. How can I fix this?

]]>I add every week to the “seasons” tab separately to give them perhaps a separate price. Have done this for 2024, and also added the prices corresponding to the weeks. Now when I am using the availability calendar widget, one of the weeks is not there. Cannot select that week on its incheck date (June 23- June 30). Have used the same method for each week and the other weeks are working as expected. You can select the week start dates as incheck date if the week is still green, or if they are unavailable since already booked, you cannot, but the week shows up in a red color. Now, one of the weeks June 23 – June 30 is just displayed as grey as if I did not configure it in the system. What could be the root of the problem for this? Am I missing something?

There’s quite a big issue with the default setting of showing 2 months in the availability calendars search widgets and shortcodes. And only the shortcode [mphb_availability_calendar] has an attribute of monthstoshow that we can set. We can not set this attribute in the widgets or normal [mphb_availability_search] shortcodes.
The problem is when you view this page on a mobile, it opens up two months and one can not click/tap on the next months

Hello, I have some issues regarding the search result page of the booking module. With some dates is says check in invalid or check in checkout invalid.
It seems to be completely random.. for example 17 august 2024 until 23 August 2024 it says checkout dat is invalid
30/12 until 31/12 checkin date is invalid checkout date is invalid
29/12 until 03/01 only the checkin date is invalid. These are just a few examples, other dates seem to work fine.
I have already disabled the rest of the plugins but nothing changes. Everything is up to date and we do not have any booking rules and we have set the price for only basis rate.
