Wow this is super.
I looked it up and installed a Plugins name “Multiple Domain” and said “Add domain” and typed in the IP of tailscale the one that starts with 100 and went on my WordPress app on my cellphone and said add a site and typed that 100 IP /blog and it works!
Turn off my Wi-Fi just to test and it still works That’s grate just what I wanted. I can still get to it on my LAN PC too.
Maybe some how post this so it can help others.

It works great in multiple installations I manage. The latest one runs WordPress 6.5.2, so don’t worry about the warning:
This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress.
This plugin uses standard WP API and is very stable despite the age. Great work!

This is exactly what I was looking for, it allows you to have more than one domain showing the exact same content and with a rewrite (not redirect).
Has others have pointed out, this is great for local development and then publishing in the production env.
Thank you to the authors for the great work.

Having a staging page separated from production, but in the end with same databases, switching to that staging site without being redirected back to a production URL is a total lifesaver!

This Plugin is a perfect solution when I’m developing on my local machine and want to share the website on my local network without reinstalling with my local IP address. Now I can simply use my custom local domain name and my local IP address and simply share the website on my local network.
Awesome plugin, highly recommended.

I used this plugin for a while, But my website Search Console after some days showed me a huge disaster! all of My URLs has lost their position and some of them changed to the new domain that I added recently. Also I used Canonical Tag From the Beginning of using this Plugin. But I deeply suggest to the developer to add an option for adding “noindex” TAG to the other domains that we add.
and one More thing.
My website font from 2nd domain was not loaded correctly. It was loading from base domain and for some unknown reasons it didn’t load in browsers.

Thank you! Works even with multilanguage, what was my main headache.
You need to install only one wp site – on one of the domains.
Add other domains in hosting panel (where you bought them usually) to redirect to the main site. (I attached them to one folder on hosting, for example).
Add in global settings of wp all your domains in fields below main site link and base link.
That is all.

Plugin is good for WordPress but Not WooCommerce, It’s not working good for the Storefront WooCommerce Shop Items, the original domain will be shown to the users.
Hope you update this if possible.
I gave you 5 stars because you deserve it, and I know that you can adjust it for WooCommerce very soon ??
Thanks for your effort.

There are time, you would wish to maintain a seperate domain/subdomain for Dashboard area to securely access. This plugin let you access while properly rewriting internal links to selected domain. The author of this plugin is highly responsive. Thank you so much.

Hello,
Does this plugin work on multisite installation?
For example, if I appoint both abc.com & def.com to the same wp multisite installation, then
Main site:
abc.com = def.com
Sub sites:
123.abc.com = 123.def.com
456.abc.com = 456.def.com
…
Something like this.
Thanks in advance.

Seamlessly exchanges all instances, even the linktext is replaced when it is named like “www.mydomain.com”. Thanks for sharing your work, Gustavo!
The only thing I miss is the SEO compliance about duplicate content. I found a solution in this support thread: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/does-the-plugin-work-well-with-yoast-seo/#post-11339207
Would be great if you would consider implementing these lines of code in the next update. I implemented the proposed solution and it works absolutely fine, each page on each domain links to the canonical link.
Besides this issue, everything is absolutely great!

hello, I appreciate this your wonderful plugin, but am a bit confused on how I can point my second domain to my web host, to be able to use it with this plugin ( i hosted on Bluehost and got a second domain on GoDaddy), secondly am I required to input some value on the BASE/PATH option of the plugin? and if I eventually got everything right will the different domains have different post permalink?

The idea and possibility of this plugin is magnificent. but for a novice user your documentation and installation instructions sucks and lacks serious details.
For instance. do i need to install WordPress on all of the extra domains.?
or
Do i need to park my extra domains to the mast domains?
or
Do o need to add them as add on domain to the mast domain?
In addition to all this your website is blank.. I had hoped there might be some more information.
Very unprofessional
Will be seeking alternative methods….

I’m very satisfied with the plugin. Last time when there was an issue with PHP 5.4 compatibility the fix was released almost instantly.

No mess – Just setup the alternative domain name in the general settings after plugin install – Ensure you server and relevant DNS is configured and it just works. Exactly as I expected it to.
