Hi!

It would be great if there were a possibility to change background-color/text color in the message. I would like to use this plugin for a waring to all admins that the WordPress platform will be put in maintenance mode so they have a chans to save and logout.

The plugin network activates OK and I am able to publish a notice.
The notice however does not appear to site admins.
