Hello there.
I need to be able to export my users and differentiate which users are active on which sites.
does this plug in give me this ability?
is there a way to determine which subsite the user was redirected to the registration form from?

]]>Hi – thanks for this useful plugin
any chance of being able to add multiple roles to a site?
this is a function allowed by WP and another plugin can be used to add roles so that a user can have more than one, but requires going to the blog admin and updating the user there
seems like you’ve got logic to not display the blog in the dropdown if it is already assigned (I didn’t look at code, just guessing)
not super critical but handy (give a contractor permissions to do SEOManager and Contributor, or forum moderator, for example)

]]>Would it be possible to add a feature that adds a user to all sites within a multisite network with one specific role? I tried to do this manually, but at I reach about 80 entries the window loads slower and the permissions begin to reset to the “empty” field. Our multisite network will have close to 300 sites.
]]>Hi Developer,
If new user registered in one sub-site, can we set automatically the roles for entire network?
]]>Hello!
I need to setup a wordpress multisites network where I will have websites installed in subdomains (until I will have the budget to buy a domain for each of the websites). There will be a total of 9 websites serving different services.
eg:
All the sites are installed in one wp install, in MultiSites mode. Each website have it’s own custom theme and own plugins. All the websites will be installed on the same server (VPS).
Site0 -> Main page / Home Page / The page where I present my services (Just like Envato)
Site1 -> Course platform (for both teachers and students)
Site2 -> Job board (both for employers and employees)
Site3 -> Viral news (users also can post news from front-end using a plugin. Only on this website)
Site4 -> MultiVendor shop (users can sell digital goods, they also can post products for sale)
Site5 -> Tutorials
Site6 -> Support (Knowledge base with ticket system managed by a plugin)
I am trying to find an answer for 2 weeks. Been reading all sort of documentations, including wp codex but didn’t have much success in finding my answer.
Scenario 1:
I need this:
User A visits Site0 and decides to register an account there. He will have privileges to comment of posts. After that, User A, navigates to Site5. I need that user to already be logged in on Site5, since he already registered an account on Site0 and he is logged in on Site0.
I will use a plugin (“Ultimate Membership Pro WordPress Plugin” you can find it on codecanyon) to manage the roles a user have on a specific website from the network.
Scenario 2:
User B visits Site3 and decides to register an account there. He registers and logs in on Site3. After that, he navigates to Site0. He will also already be logged in on site Site0, since he have an account and he is logged in on another website from the network.
The two scenarios are the same, but I used different examples for you to understand that on whatever website the user registers, he will automatically be registered on the entire network.
Each website will have different services so the user will be able to sell digital goods on one website, enroll to a course on another website, post news on another and so on.
We are a non-profit organization but in case we need to pay for assistance, we could do that from donations we get. Please tell me this plugin can help achieve what we need.
Thank you for your time reading this.
Kind regards,
Cata
What is the timeline for the update.
Thank you.

tried menus and the User screen itself
]]>Hi,
I installed the plugin at network level for my multisite configuration. I see the plugin settings both at Network’s level and at each site’s level.
I have the bbPress plugin installed and I define the default role which is attributed to new users which is “Participant”. I realize that all my new users are assigned to this role! I don’t see this role when clicking on “Manage Role” (whatever the level).
However, at site’s level, I see the role “Participant” for my new created users (not on network side) but when clicking to “Manage Role” it’s showing “Empty” and I have to choose between a limited set of role.
How to display all the roles?
How to manage the role “Participant” which is only showing up at site’s level but not in the Managed roles list?
Cheers
]]>When I click on a user then the Manage Roles button the Roles are showing Empty and I am unable to assign a role. Please advise. Thanks!
]]>Two problems: 1) when trying to make changes to a user, settings won’t stick. And 2) role is being ignored entirely in some cases.
I tried changing a user’s role on several blogs with MURM and even though the role appeared to change (and I clicked Save Settings for the user) the new role did not take effect on any site.
So I manually set this one user to Administrator on all blogs (one by one, there are only 5) and then went to the user’s profile, clicked the Manage Roles button, and this user only has the Administrator role on 3 of 5 blogs. The others are “Empty” even though I verified that the user does have the main role Administrator, and in some cases, additional roles as well.
Would appreciate some help with this, as it’s a very useful plugin!!
