I’m looking at your player, but do not understand. EDD allows you to define a sample file to play, so if it is defined, why don’t you play that? It is core EDD, so if you claim this to be a player for EDD, surely you must automatically play that file, and only revert to the download audio file if the sample file is not defined. I store all my download files and sample files on Amazon S3, and there is no way I want a plugin generating samples in my website server space.

I have a problem, I created a product from an album in MP3 format with seven songs and I configured it so that the customer buys the entire album or the individual tracks of their choice, but when I play the first track it continues to the third track and the too many are no longer played, does anyone know how to solve the problem? I’m sending a link with a ZIP file containing the screens of all the settings I made, both in the wordpress panel of the plugin and in the creation of the product.

This is a minor issue, but whenever we go back into an audio download to edit anything such as the description, category, tags, etc., OR use the WP “quick edit” function to change/add category or tags, the Music Player plugin loses the settings we’ve previously selected and saved for that download.

It reverts to the stock out-of-the-box settings, even though I have changed those via Settings > Music Player for Easy Digital Downloads to have custom settings (those are ignored).

It seems like the standard WP ‘save’ function is overwriting the Music Player plugin’s saved options.

This has happened several times now during our testing phase, but we’re hoping to have our downloads available live by the first of January, so hoping for a fix in an update soon. As a workaround, I now have a moratorium on changes unless the player settings are also checked and restored.

Does your pro version of EDD music player support:
Add to playlist from the downloads page or shop page?
Can we add a button so that user can add/remove the music to/from the playlist?
Can the users create their own playlists?
Can we loop the music in a playlist?

Does this plugin work for iOS users being able to buy and hear MP3 files on their devices? Apparently there is an EDD issue with iOS in which users cannot download (or hear) MP3 files bought via EDD.

Is it possible to use this player with files hosted on AWS S3 bucket?

I want to create a library in the easy digital download environment so the user can add music to his Library. After purchasing the music he should be able to play it online or download it to his computer. How can I achieve this by using this plugin? Any help would be appreciated.
