I have two players per product page. I load the data for new products via woo commerce import csv plug in. Works fine on the front end

However on the back end there is no way to see either the link to the sound file location or the title of the sound file. How do I get this data to display in woo commerce product file so I can edit it?

]]>I’m working on a staging site so I can’t link to the page I’m having issues with. When I list the downloads for sale without the music player enabled you can see that the product names align left and the prices are all in alignment. When I add the music player in it shifts the text alignment and the prices are also no longer aligned. How can I fix this?

When there is no music player selected the quantity boxes are all the same size. When I add the music player it changes the size of those boxes which is making the text appear misaligned.

When publishing product via wcfm, it never finishes. I get a white overlay with infinite load screen. Before activating the plugin, Products would publish in few seconds and then say product published.
It appears the product gets published and visible in store pages but has that never ending load screen visible to vendors when clicking publish in the backend.
2. Related products dont show play button.
Im interested in Pro version and will purchase asap if you can guide me through this.

I am setting up a complete webpage on a “sandbox”-domain (I won’t use this domain for getting live) Therefore SSL is not installed yet, it will be on the final URL.
I will implement a shop (plan to use woocommerce) and I also need a music playlist player. I decided for “music player for woocommerce” because I read so many good ratings.
The problem now is, that there is an error message (directly after installing) on the “settings”-page of the music player and I am not able to open my page in the page-edit-section.

To protect my mp3 files from direct browsing, my hosting provider has set up something that denies your plugin access to the mp3 files, if they are in the protected download folder.
I talked to them about this and they suggested adding some rules to the .htaccess file that allows your plugin to access the files for demo purposes. They don’t provide these rules, so they suggested contacting you about this as well.
Could you provide the way to access files by adding rules to .htaccess?
If not, I always have the option to make special truncated mp3 files for demos and put them in an accessible folder, but this is not the ideal situation.

]]>Hello, I am using the free version of this plugin and it does work very well, however, it came up recently when demonstrating to another that the volume was a maximum. I see that there is a volume setting in the backend settings, states 0 to 1 and I assume decimal portions in between.
However, when I changed it to 0.5, saved settings and refreshed the front end setting the volume slider stays in the same position, so I tried setting it to 0, no volume in other words and it made no difference.
What could I be doing wrong, does this perhaps not work on the free version?
