Hello and thank you for plugin ??

Hi! I installed this plug-in and tried it on one of my posts, but it only shows ‘MusicSheetViewerPlugin 4.1’ in white, no music. I then deactivated all my plug-ins except for Music Sheet Viewer, and switched to the default 2024 WordPress theme that came with the installation, but it still didn’t show up. Is there anything else I can do to get the music to show up or troubleshoot the problem?

Beautiful and fast plugin, does exactly what it says. The only (big) problem is that it doesn’t support repeats… it just plays the score ignoring them. Am I doing something wrong?

I have just installed the plugin on a multilanguage website and I have an issue.

In the main language, it works just fine:

I mean, it show nothing. Has anyone idea what is happening?

when i try to add score i get “Verovio err=ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined,log=” error on chrome console.

I insert this code on second line public function hook_javascript() function and it fix for me.

Hi I’m trying to embed music players via a custom field and shortcode. The field returns the file URL correctly and the plugin embeds but I get the following error in the console.

Uncaught ReferenceError: pn_msv_ajax_url is not defined

Shortcode call looks like this:

$id = $product->get_id();
	$score = get_field('music_score_file'); //returns file url as string
	
	if ($score) {
		echo do_shortcode('[pn_msv file="' . $score . '"/]');
	} else {
		echo "No score file found";
	}

Is it possible to add a block called Music Sheet Viewer as an attribute of a product in Woocommerce?

I installed the Woocommerce Blocks plugin thinking that it would open a part of the block editor in the area inside woocommerce but from what I saw it doesn’t seem like that

Little abc exaples show as expected, but large scores doesn’t show (neither the one you give as external score example, nor my personal xml uploaded on my website).

What could solve this?

I inserted some abc examples into a page. It’s fine, I see and hear the music but :
1. Sound is terrible. Is there any way to change the source of the sound?
2. It always plays the last note heard first, from a previous abc score. I would use that plugin for educational purposes, so I want it to play exactly what is shown, so that extra note in the beginning makes it a no-go…

I just tried your plugin to see if I can use it for my choir, and it starts out great. I can see the sheet music and it plays back ok. But if the score is more than one page, I can only see the first page even though the entire song plays back. I am using an .xml-file that I uploaded to my website. Is there a way to make the viewer show all pages or ability to flip to another page manually?

I would love to be able to use this plugin to get scores on my website. Unfortunately, using the sample code, all I can get to display is the line, “MusicSheetViewerPlugin 2.3”. I also get the following error: “ReferenceError: Can’t find variable: verovio”. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

thank you for publishing this plugin for free. When i enter
yor demo link on my wordpress site it works perfectly:

When i use an own link from one of my own webspaces/website, it doesn′t work.
Inserting a link from a file hoster like dropbox neither.

I noticed the following:

Inserting your link

directly in my webbrowser (firefox) i′m asked via pop-up,
whether i want to open / download this file. This works.

Inserting my own link which leads to a mei-file (created via verovio) in my webbrowser i instead get a very long code information starting like this
