Hi, I am trying to connect the plugin on my Woocommerce with zendesk, however, when I enter all my credentials and click on “submit” nothing happens and the API fields becomes empty.
There is no error message, just nothing happens.
Could you please help me out ?

I’ve discovered that whey this plug-in is enabled, the Add New order page doesn’t load. I can see that in the Zendesk panel it says there’s been a fatal error.
The error is:

Also, my client (the site owner) has informed me that the orders have never actually synced through to their Zendesk. So I get the impression the plugin has been having errors elsewhere. This one I just happen to see, because it breaks the Add New order page.

]]>Should we be seeing in the WordPress admin a section called Zendesk Account Settings?
We have this plugin installed, installed the WooCommmerce orders app in Zendesk, configured the settings in Zendesk adding our website url etc.
However we have no settings to connect inside WordPress.
The docs on Zendesk mention this should be the third step.

We do see some orders when creating test tickets in Zendesk, but the order ids do not match at all, and the dates are showing up as from 2021 etc.

2) I have 4 sites in the same zendesk account, should I buy 4 accounts? (zendesk allows me only 1 site url per zendesk account)
