I am trying to create a custom link which leads to my custom login page called: https://anythingbutchance.com/#popmake-3400. I know this link normally works because I use it with the standard WordPress Menu. The Page is a Login within a lightbox using a plugin called ‘Pop Up Maker’
I have edited the Admin Page to use the above link as my Login Page correctly. However, even though when I look at my settings from “My Login/Logout Admin Page” your plugin says that my
“Current Login Redirect page is = https://anythingbutchance.com/#popmake-3400” (which is the correct page) BUT when I click on “Login/Logout” NOTHING happens even though this link works in a regular WordPress menu.
Can you please let me know why this does not work because other than this problem, I think your plugin is brilliant.

At least it works for just putting a Logout link in the Nav

Your plugin seems to work very well. However, one problem I have is that I would like to be able to direct users to the home page after logging in. I see that that is only possible if the home page is a static page. How can I get the plugin to redirect to the dynamic home page, which is an index of the latest posts? Just putting in the site root address is rejected by the plugin.
Right now, I have custom logged in and logged out “pages” but it would make more sense if the user were redirected to the home page. My site

The configuration item in setting is in the site but the menu items do not display on the pages.
Not sure where to look next. BAW Login Logout crapped out on Logout redirect with multisite and I was hoping this would work.

I’m working on multilingual site. Is there any possibility to automaticaly change text in menu in each language I select? I’m using polylang.
]]>Am I correct in saying this plugin cannot return the user to the page where he logged in? You can only set a specific page to be redirected to.

Hi, I’m kind of new in all this of WordPress.
Your plugin just resolve a big problem that I had to show the “Login/Logout” link in the custom menu.
I have a little issue. The plugin works but when I chose “login” or “logout”, the plugin after the action redirects me to the last post I had posted.
My page is almost ready to work, and I dont really understan much about programing with codes.
If you can give me a hand, I would be very grateful.

Thanks!

]]>Hi @nagarjunsonti,
Your plugin appears to work great, and thank you for this simple solution to a nagging problem!
I just installed and noticed Logout is spelled as one word and with a lowercase “l,” which doesn’t sit right with the rest of my menus. I dug through the plugin and didn’t see an obvious place to fix it, and it didn’t respond to my CSS. Could you change the text to read “Log in” and “Log out”? Or could you let me choose the wording for each link on the admin page?
Thanks so much!

]]>Hey,
I just updated the plugin and on my home page the login/logout “buttons” are doubled and crushes the layout.
Take a look: https://i1133.photobucket.com/albums/m593/sailook1/Zrzutekranu2015-02-16144132_zpsb05721b8.png
How can I fix this?

]]>How would I change the “login” and “logout” links in the menu to be “Login” and “Logout”?
Perhaps these should be variables in the Settings.
]]>Hi Sir,
thanks for you to create this plugin.
but I think there are some bugs.
1) when “Select redirection Pages after Login/logout” set defalt (front page), log in function work well. but logout not direct to front page, but direct to login window.
2) when “Select redirection Pages after Login/logout” is set to other page, or customized page, the log out works well. but login doesn’t work at all. when click the login, just reflash the screen, nothing happened.
this is your latest version.
I am not sure whether you noticed this bugs before.
Best wishes

When I go under Settings I do not see an option to select my custom menu. And, as it is now, the links are not not showing up in this menu. Is there something else I need to set?
]]>The login link shows a blank href, and when I click on it, it simply refreshed the current page instead of presenting a login form. logout works correctly.
My web site is https://www.curvemeister.com
I am using default settings for the login and logout redirect settings. I have deactivated / activated and re-installed the plugin. It was working great a few days ago, and I’m not sure what I changed.
Thanks for a great plugin
]]>Hi
First of all, thanks for the update with the ability to choose he menu. But since your update, I have to deactivate your plugin first if I want to edit a text-block. Can you please have a look on that for your next release? I’m using the Enfold-theme and I wonder if other users are facing the same problem.
Kind regards, filz51
Hi there,
First of all, I would like to thank for nice plugin.
I just download and install it, but I find the plugin seem to conflict with the WordPress 4.1 backend menu. The WordPress can’t open when hover. It become normal when I deactivate the plugin.
Can you please fix it on the next upcoming update?
Thank you.
Best,
Massound
]]>Hey there…
Thank you for being on top of support requests just FYI.
I have identified a issue with the current version. WordPress SEO by Yoast and also the WP “Screen Options” tab in the top right corner does not work when this plugin is active. I am 99% sure it is this plugin. When I deactivate it both work. When I activate it both do not work.
It also could be effecting other areas, but this is what I have noticed so far.
I hope this helps. Can you rollout a fix?

]]>I’m running WP-4.1 Premiumpress RT 8.0 with child theme Newwave 1.2 All the latest versions.
My Login Logout has been great up to the latest updates. With the plugin running I am unable to open an edit screen by clicking the “edit” icon, which is the normal way it should operate.
Instead after I click on the “edit” icon I have to then click on the “Add New” to get to the related edit screen.
Disabling the My Login Logout plugin returns everything to normal.
I have read all the resent info and have deleted the plugin, reinstalled a fresh copy downloaded today, activated, deactivated and then reactivated, but nothing changes.
Perhaps the WP 4.1 update is the issue????
]]>Hi,
When the new version was updated all settings where reset and it appears I can not save new settings now either? When I try to save to re-input what I had it will not save anything.

I was wondering if there is a way for the “login” menu item to be pointed to a different url than the standard root wp login page because I have my own custom designed page with a login form on it at a different url.
Great plugin by the way! Thank you

]]>Nice little plugin you have here.. finding it very useful! Well done.
A quick question for you though. Looking at your code it seems the login and login redirect are echoed in multiple places and I’m a bit confused on how to go about changing the code so that I can add the <?php echo get_permalink(); ?>
to my drop down list of login redirect options. I don’t always want to force a login redirect.. for instance only during a promotional or during an important announcement of some sort. The rest of the time I want my users to be redirected back to the exact spot they were when they decided to login.
can you give me a little nudge in the right direction?
