Hello everyone,
I am setting up the ticketing for our upcoming concerts. So far, everything has worked perfectly. No problem for the concerts last June, for example.
But, today, it is impossible to display the ticket purchase form.
I created a page, by hand, to check: nothing is displayed.
The shortcode [ticket event=’1346′] does not display anything.
When I replace with [quick-cart], the Quick cart is displayed, but I would especially like to be able to display the purchase form.

It seems to work, provided that you enable “pages” in the My-tickets settings “Allow ticket sales for this type of content”.
I don’t remember changing this setting since the last concerts…
On two of the three websites that I had mytickets installed on- at 8:30ish pm last night (EDT) I began receiving multiple emails out of no where about old ticket sales events that had been closed out over 6 months ago or more. The emails were about ticket sales being closed for events that had ended a long time ago. (ticket sales for “Insert Old Event Here” are now closed) and it included a link to the report.
I started receiving them over and over again for every event in the past- I had over 20 emails from one website and then as soon as I disabled the plugin for (isdoneonta.org) I started receiving them for a different website I built (shiftnewyork.com). I had another website that used mytickets and I disabled it before myself and my clients could be inundated with any more bug emails.
I can’t be the only one this happened to. I’m glad I caught it before it suspended my email accounts.
I have the latest version installed (2.06) and latest version of My Calendar installed if that helps) 3.5.19

Since 2.0.3 My Tickets seems to be causing a little issue with Elementor for me – which I guess may have to do with the “Change: Remove filter on?the_content
?after running to prevent duplication.” in the changelog. With the plugin updated to 2.0.3 or later, if I try to edit certain pages (e.g. the home page) with Elementor I get an error saying:
Sorry, the content area was not found in your page.
You must call 'the_content' function in the current template in order for Elementor to work on this page.
It happens if I disable all plugins but My Tickets and Elementor.
It happens with my normal theme (Astra) and if I change to the Twenty Twenty-Four theme.
The error goes away if I roll My Tickets back to 2.0.0. or deactivate it.

e.g: In Cart, the Header and button Text is in German language, but the “Tcikets for this event are in your cart. Checkout”is in English.

]]>Am I doing something wrong, or is this a weird glitch? Every time I manually add a ticket order from the admin backend, a new empty page called “Purchase” is created with a creation date of 2021/09/26 (I believe this is when I installed My Tickets).
]]>I have successfully used the “move tickets to new event” feature to quickly change performance dates of tickets. I can see the new ticket dates on the tickets themselves and on the report by tickets. However, it does not appear on the report by purchases and it doesn’t change the seat count for either event. This is forcing me to manually change the number of available tickets for events so I don’t oversell, but this is getting complicated.
UPDATE: after some investigating, I discovered that it is adjusting the total number of available seats on the MyCalendar event when I move tickets. Once I reset them all back to the correct total number of tickets available for the event, the seat count was accurately reflected in My Tickets as well.

I have to use the payment provider Mollie IDeal (Netherlands).
1) Can My-Tickets use Mollie?
2) If not, can your plugin restrict WooCommerce products by member level? (because WooCommerce does use Mollie/IDeal)
3) If not, any suggestions? Must have Mollie/IDeal

is there any way to limit the maximum of ticket purchases for an event per user / his email address?
An check of the customers previuos/completed purchases for the events purcahses – to prevent that one customer is able to buy more that the defined maximum per this special event.
Will there also any solution to restrict the maximum purchasable tickets only for a specific event?

a customer started a resolution help with PayPal, so the payment was reversed and marked as failed within the payment process for My Tickets.
We got in contact with the customer and the problems were solved. So the reversal was cancled at PayPal and the payment was done/tranfered to us again. But at the My Tickets payment the status was set to failed and the customer was not be able to open the tickets. Therefor of this status we changed it by hand to completed.
So is there a problem within the My Tickets plugin, or is such a process not be implemented yet?

but where i have to insert the event’s id? Is it possible to restric to a one o more categories? which syntax?

]]>There are two different ways to define custom fields and extend the plugin.
With custom fields, the fields are automatically created in the report and you can also export this information via CSV. Unfortunately, these fields cannot be displayed in the shopping cart – or haven’t I figured out how to do that yet?
The custom cart fields are just fields that are displayed in the cart but do not appear in the report.
I need exactly a mix, i.e. custom fields that can be selected in the shopping cart and then also appear in the report. Is there a possibility here?

]]>We were running ticket sales without a hitch til someone on our team turned off PayPal IPN notifications. This, I believe, caused all subsequent ticket sales to show as ‘Pending’ in the Payments dashboard. I went into PayPal to see if these transactions had completed, and indeed they had — that’s when I looked at the IPN notification setting to see if anything was amiss (it was disabled). So I turned it back on and what I want to know is will the ‘Pending’ transactions inside WordPress be updated to ‘Completed’ at some point automatically, or is there a way I can manually get these to show as ‘Completed’? Since we have a hard limit on the number of tickets available, I need these transactions to be counted towards the total sold so far.

I scanned the qr code and it directs me to domain.com/purchase/?ticket_id=….
Which basically leads me to the empty cart page.

we are a small theater association and want to sell our tickets with this plug in. We want to limit the tickets per user to 10 ticket. In this plug in you can only select between one per user and unlimited.
It would be great, when you could select a limit.
Additionally at the end of the reservation there is a notice: You can get your tickets at the box office.
In our case, the guests will get the tickets in advance at our company party. A personalized text would be great! ??
When we go to a page to try to edit a picture, we receive <span class=”Linkify”><span class=”sc-1t4lziz-0 cWdXBY”>”olys.biz refuses to connect” error, we are presented with an option to open the page in a new tab, </span></span>and when we select “yes”, it takes us to the ticket page. Our wordpress help agent was troubleshooting and disabled the ticket plugin, and we no longer received the error. We have never gotten this error until 1.11.0. Please help!

We purchased the My Tickets: Donation plugin and we were charged but an error message popped up. We don’t see the transaction in our account on your website and there are no files to download. We also didn’t get a confirmation email so thought we’d reach out here. We filled out your contact form to try and contact you but not sure you received it because we haven’t had a response.

I noticed with the last update you added the ability to move tickets to new events and delete tickets, however, only the delete portion seems to be working for me. Whenever I try and move a ticket I get an error “unable to add ticket to the new event”, the new event had 5 available tickets. I couldn’t find any documentation on the new functionality so I thought I’d reach out here.
